PURE | GATE 2 - GT300 - Season winners - tony1311 and Team Wedssport

So I hope he does not host Spa cause I love that track, lol.
I couldn't wait for Spa when they announced it as a DLC. Now, I dread coming here. It usually ends up being draft-fests with multiple cars, and I'd rather do that at Daytona.

On a side note, broke the 28 barrier with the RX7. That thing is a beast, especially through the last chicane. Better than my car in every single category here, so it will be a good day for them.

Care to share your tune? I'm not having much luck with mine.

IIRC, it's pretty basic. 14/13 Springs, 0/0 Ride Height, 6 Dampers, 5 ARB, 2.0/1.0 Camber. Want to say the LSD is 8/25/15. Ah, and brakes are 5/4.

I'll try it out tomorrow evening/night.

Be sure to grab the system update for PS3 guys.

Funny thing about GT5 simulations is 500hp GT cars get around this place in the 21's to 28's but at Le Mans our numbers match real life'

Anyone going to be around about 7pm EDT? I'm looking to tube some and then get my qualifying done.

Well college has been cancelled (or not, just taking advantage of the weather) due to snow, so ill be free all day until about 5pm GMT! Will hopefully quali during this time.

Also just an idea, possible once the series is finished we could do a 2-2.5 hour enduro just as a one of with same specs? Maybe somewhere like Fuji would be cool!

Ill be doing my qualifying tomorrow, friends coming over and we are gonna watch football Sweden-Ireland. See you guys tomorrow :)

Seeing so many high 28s I guess I should be less dissatisfied with my busted run of bad sector 1 times.

Being on the front row is a handicap at spa anyway. ;)

Out of curiosity, I took a quick spin last night in the '08 Scooby and it does appear that the straight line speed makes Spa the only track it isn't a complete monster.

That made me curious... what's everyone seeing for top speed on the Kemmel before the mash the brake into Les Combes?

The Honda LM was just touching 151 mph (243 km/h) for me.
The Scooby was pushing wind at 149 mph ... anything quicker?

(I expect the Lexus and anything with a 15 front wing to be better... but just curious in general)

Hi, not able to make my Q time this time, Happy if i can start back at the grid.:)

done...

Only way I see 150 mph in my Arta 08 is if I go straight through Les Combes. I've seen 152 mph with the RX7.

Honestly, glad to see the times are in the high 28s. I feel a lot better about making the cut.

The tire wear makes it rather tricky. Only people like me who botch their "good rubber" laps will be setting their time on lap3 when the tires are falling off. Lap2 is the best shot and if you dirty that one like Me and my team mate you're really behind the 8-ball.
High pressure scenario at this track... though thankfully qualifying is largely moot beyond making it above the bubble.

Of note I took a quick look at the standings and it looks like if we get 15 per room tony will still win even with a DNF as he only needs about 20pts to put everything out of reach.
