I'll miss the pre-race but will for sure to the series.

Hmmmm I found a Silva RM in my garage with 288 miles (Must have been from Gt Academy training last year), but it's only 279HP! Says I can't change the oil cuz it's clean. Anyone ever seen that before?
Racing exhaust?

I'm at 41.440 / 38.584 / 44.373 = 2:04.397

That was my PB T1 and meh T2 with an "ok" for me T3. I think 3s will be fast.
Excellent S1. IIRC, that has always been a weak spot for me.

41.589 / 38.433 / 44.210 = 2:04.232

That's all I'll do for this track. :)

I hate that tunnel in S1. Dunno why it's so difficult for me, but it seems to cost me half a second every time.

Not sure whether I'll be racing tomorrow (no practice yet), but I'll have the car run in in case. Happy to join whatever room, obviously, but dubious about committing.

Tim said that when he opens signups on the PURE site, that he'll have a "full time" and "part time" option, so no worries.

checked my car and now that it's fully run-in it's actually 289hp

btw, last night I did a very quick capture of a test session we did a few days ago... just to give you all a taste of the action you can expect from this series. (these cars were 0-mile so fully broken in the lap times would probably be .5 or so faster btw).

btw, if you were unsure what makes this car cool... fire breathing side exhaust.

looks like just the one room today. Room up in about 3 hours.

Opening the room now because I have to run to the bank. Not sure if I'll be home in 30 minutes or not, so better safe than sorry:

RACE STARTS IN 90 MINUTES.

Sorry guys cant make this one as well , i will make all season races though .

Apologies .

Won't be there tonight either guys, going out in an hour and won't have time to get ready if I race

Good race all.

I really feel I had P1 pace but my wheel stand came loose entering lap 3 and that killed my pace until the pit stop so I could tweak it enough to hold still.

After a forgetting the pit road speed, and wasting at least 2.5 seconds getting around basse I couldn't get back to RT.

Good race all! Congrats to RT.

I started 6th and fell to 7th right as you all entered the pits. I figured my only shot at a podium was to do a no-stopper. Took the lead and held off RT for 6 laps or so, but once he got by my tires literally fell off a cliff. As it turns out I ended up falling back to 7th again, so probably didn't matter one way or another how many stops I made. Although I couldn't defend at the end which kinda sucked lol.

Looking forward to Mazda Raceway :). The only track in GT5 I've actually raced on IRL. Sadly I doubt that'll help me at all lol.

Im just happy it went so well on a track i did my first lap on yesterday. One thing is clear and and that is no matter which direction the lap is that last or first turn is not my strongest part of the track.

And well done everyone, did some nice and clean overtake on bob and steeltoed i think right after my pitstop :)

checked my car and now that it's fully run-in it's actually 289hp

Guess I'll have to take that back... must be crazy. Swear it said 289 in the gt-auto when I changed the oil after bspec.
This is one of the odd ones though... says 286 in some screens and 287 in others. *shrug*

Great race though. 👍

Can I sneak in? I know Tony can't make it either so that's two spots open.
Of course. Steal a win when Tony and I aren't around. I know what you did. :sly:

50/50 chance of making the first race (invited to an out-of-town wedding next Saturday).

Eh, honestly didn't know how well I would do. Hadn't driven the car in months, first laps were in practice before the race. I was far from the fastest out there, everything just fell into place.
