I am not a gay XBox noob
Does anybody have any information as to which transmission (Seq. 5 Speed) suits an NSX (RACE)? I have been researching for 5 hours! I cannot get close to a definitive answer. I was looking at this, but to no avail, I found nothing interesting! :(
The QBE15G5S interests me, but I can't find the Gear Ratios for it.
Thank you!

Which NSX, NA1 or NA2? And why only 5 speed for a race car?

The Quaife QBE15G5S is a H-pattern, not sequential...

EDIT:

Just had a little chat with a friend who drives this in a father-son team:

Running a 6 speed Hewland EGT sequential gearbox with Geartronics Flatshift Pro (paddleshift).

NA1, 5 speed because I need something cheap and small... LOLZ
And actually the QBE15G5H is the H-Pattern Quaife 'Box!

Sequential and cheap don't go together in the same sentence. Hewland have pretty much all your needs covered, but gearboxes are expensive!

Also, with sequentials it generally takes a bit of time to get the gearbox settled into the car and working efficiently. If you are racing at different tracks every month this can take even longer to get right - unless you have experience doing it.

If you could elaborate more on your plans (real car or theoretic, power and torque output, plans for the car - tracks, series, etc) I could help more.

Ok, but can I tell you all that tommorrow? I will be at Suzuka next weekend... so yeah, that is the track. And for the "Cheap and Small" thing, ok.. Cheap in Performance vs. Price perspective. And small, in relation to the space in the cockpit.
Power and Torque are surprisingly similar to the GT5 NSX RM (I wonder why!?) which is awkward. So, it's 415 HP with around 289 Lb-Ft of torque (I forgot so I got to go check it! :P).
The series is... (damn, got to go check it! :P)
Tommorrow I will tell you more! I am too tired now :P

All values set to 1337

Final drive to over 9000.

Should do the trick!

OMG HAHAHHA!!!!! LOL
And yes, I actually want the RL gear ratios for the NSX RM (LeMans NSX GT2 class 1995). So if you actually have them, that would be helpful.
