It's not, it's from Belladonna and I think it's based off a Mercedes SLK.

**Edit: It's called the Mashaccio (whatever that is) and apparently it's an SLK55

They used to make tasteful (if a bit too flashy) modifications... I'm thinking of the Squalo and the MC Salotto as I see this monstrosity and I'm suddenly feeling very sad.
