Carbon fiber mud aprons on a Tacoma...people are actually ripping out their perfectly good OEM rubber ones to put carbon fiber in there:

The truck weighs as much as a small moon, taking out 2 lbs is only going to make it weigh slightly less than a small moon.

Worse than replacing lightweight OEM plastic pieces with heavier carbon fiber just for the looks. Worse still than replacing lightweight OEM plastic pieces with heavier carbon-look plastic just for the looks. Even worse still than replacing non-vital lightweight OEM plastic pieces with heavier carbon for the looks rather than omitting entirely and actually removing weight.

Having owned several carbon bikes, I certainly appreciate the material for its rigidity and vibration damping, but I don't understand the obsession with it. I'll note that I own steel bikes that are lighter, but don't possess those same properties and it's those properties that allow more power to go toward forward movement rather than frame flex.

So that's where some of R4's wackier designs came from?!

the nutty/completely over the top bosozoku cars are the best ones. the entire subculture is based around rebellion and standing out from the public japanese norm.

it's perfect.

I have so many questions, mostly regarding space and clearance.

Its okay, Its just a Jeep Patriot. Nothing of significance was lost.
That's what I was thinking, haha.
My only real complaint is it had a detachable Nardi wheel.
Like... why

I'm guessing it's a case of a hand-me-down from parents or siblings led to the modification of that Jeep Patriot.

Not sure how a Drag race car styed as a Police car counts as Questionable, especially if its what I think it is.

I found it at pistonheads though. Not sure if was there before or a similar one, but it might be unable to be salvageable. You coudl be right, you could be wrong. But I already don't feel confident.
