The 300SL is just a plastic shell built from the ground up by a guy from Switzerland. It's the coolest dragster ever made.

I think some people are forgetting what this thread is supposed to be about... that gasser Vette is not "questionnable" in any way whatsoever. That M3 however, fits right in with what this is supposed to be about.

Anybody have some thoughts on this car;

It belongs to a guy who crashed into me years ago and somehow kept contact. I personally think he ruined what was a pretty nice car from stock. And if I'm not mistaken I've seen some Facebook posts from him about selling his OEM parts :crazy:

This is how it was, and how I think it needs to be except putting the license plate in that stupid place.

That Superbird looks really nice pitched so far down. And I'm assuming that's not an actual original Superbird.

I agree. And no, that is not an original Superbird; its quite far from it! :)

The thread isn't really about tastes alone, otherwise I could post several race cars in here just because their liveries don't fit my taste.
 
Well, that's a thing. Paint it Guardsman Blue instead of that weird color-shift and I'd hoon the hell out of it, though.

I will also guarantee you that's a custom made fiberglass body based on the bird.

I know this guy. Spoke to him at south mimms honda meet in the uk. Also owns the EKGARAGE Page. Its nice to see something different in thehonda scene. most of the hondas all look the same.

Yeah, kinda figured. In that case, it's very awesome. If it were an actual Superbird converted to a dragster, it would be a bit sacrilegious. Those things are too bloody rare. And too bloody cool.
