yeah, replace your sensors on that W body 3.1 NOW. i had a lumina, and when the knock sensor went out, it was stuck at 15 MPG...even on the highway. the timing is permanently retarded to something like 15 degrees btdc. a knock sensor runs something like 40 bucks, though. it's on the back of the block, and you're gonna go through a major effort getting it off. if it IS the O2 sensor...OUCH. check your codes.
