lol So we're all thinking the same thing. I too am wondering if there is more to the Spec 2.0 update than we're being told atm.

We'll soon find out.

I reckon there would be. No point in releasing every detail before hand. I think KAz gave us a little teaser of all the goodies to come.

I guess the Subaru Impreza Sedan Sti will be a RM version, the Mazda I not know if it is RM or finish tune car

GT stickers all over, shared tow hook, shared cage, shared hood pins. If that isn't RM, nothing is.

I've been thinking this the whole time. I hope I'm right as well. And maybe this means that there will be more to the Spec 2.0 update since Kaz did not mention those RM cars in his list.

That would actually fit with the release of the game. If I remember correctly, there was no official list of RM cars when it came out.

I'd love an M3 RM! Pretty pretty please!

What if the Spec II intro actually show some of the tings to come in the DLC ?
What if those [RM] cars are actually part of the Racing Car Pack DLC ?
I hope not but maybe they made the intro with some of the content of the DLC...

I was watching a video of the James Glickenhaus Ferrari P4/5 and I noticed it had a GT5 sunstrip... please Kaz!

As for what I want:
LMP Cars
GT Cars, surely a sitter, looking at whats out there SLS, 458s, Evoras, MP412C (due a race version) plus others, a massive opportunity to give us race cars quickly.
New super GT
Bathurst/DTM!
Anything old, notable and great.

I honestly don't mind if its all RM'd cars, because really, once a car is RM'd, it's like a completely different car.

Why? It's only won 1 race and that's because redbull stuffed up sebs pit stop.

They're already tuned modified, defeating most of the purpose of one of the core features of the game since GT1.

Tuned - suspension/gearbox/etc specifically setup to suit an individuals preference or aim.
Modified - upgraded or changed from stock.

Race cars are just modified (or in most cases purpose built) cars that can then be taken on and tuned to improve the performance.

Yes, I actually meant modified.
Personally I prefer street cars in GT for many other reasons anyway.

I'm seeing RM'ed, Subaru Impreza, Skyline, RX7, and Nissan GTR GT1. 👍
Though i really hope HSV-10 (the dropped road car and racing version) and a couple of Le Mans Prototype get into the DLC pack.

I couldn't see PD putting cars in the opening movie that you have to acquire via DLC.
So, I would imagine the new RM cars will come with the update. But then again Kaz told us what would come in Spec 2.0 and left out the additional RM car feature. Maybe the new RMs will be in the Racing Car Pack. But that begs another question: why would PD label a collection of new RM cars as "Racing Car Pack" instead of an RM add-on or something?

I guess we'll just have to wait until Tuesday...

Well a RM is a race car.

And this is Kaz we are talking about. Rarely is he clear in what he says and leaves us to interpret it and build the hype only for us to be wrong in the end.

Its been confirmed by PS Blog and Kaz himself that it will come out on the 11th. Im actually thinking in the US you might get it on the 10th late at night.
