Hmm? I'm not sure I understand your question but I'll answer to my best ability. When in rally hit the right bumper and it should take you to the service area, from there to the garage, then install the rally upgrades. Hope that helps. If I'm not mistaking, all it takes is one rally part in order for you to use a particular car for a rally event. However, full rally includes: rally transmission, rally shocks/springs, and rally tires. You could also install rally bumpers but those are only available for the rally pack cars.
