I understand what you mean, but like many others said, I think it's a question of practice. I remember I also had a few troubles with my new DFP, even on the regular asphalt tracks in GT4P. Just unable to keep on the track at the beginning. After a few hours of play, I was much better, and then I beat all the times I had put with the DS2 controller.lobangoit is really too hard to rally with the dfp, it shakes my table like mad and just hard to turn quickly. i actually don't enjoy playing rally at all... anyone else feel the same?
orubasarotDoes anyone think that the car I started off with, the 280hp Nismo 270R is a bad learning car? I'm having a lot of trouble correcting mistakes, and when I'm going slow enough not to make mistakes, I can hardly compete with other cars.
Anyone have any suggestions for a good, ballanced car? I'm thinking of getting the Evo VIII MR and using it stock while I learn to drive.
CFMOverall it's way better, GT3's rally was way too easy, and everyone b!tched about it. Now it actually takes some skill and guess what...everyone's b!tching about it yet again.![]()
valliAs for force feedback, you can press select + r3 + left paddle to switch it to 60% of its power instead of the 100% default. This time, the left led will blink to let you know you've done right.
Mopar MuscleSteering wheels are dumb.

BIGBENtry taking a look at the options menu for once. I Turned power steering assist off and force feedback level to mild, It feels alot less violent and more realistic. I STRONGLY suggest everyone does this!
FlerbizkyMay I ask how you steer your car then ?...![]()
Polyphony001How are people finding the Driving Force 3 in GT4? Im not going to shell out for a new wheel, since i not long ago bought this one...
I'd prefer 180degree after a while tbh.
3rdgenracerXI haven't had any problems with the rally tracks while using the DFP. And i'm solely using the Sequential shifter while driving so I"m spending quite some time driving one handed.
Flerbizky(Most done in a Mitsubishi Galant VR4) I think I've got some of it..
