it's amazing how many times people ask this question... Use the search function first and then ask the question if you don't find anything. Anyways you need a video capture device of some sort on your computer, then you edit the clips with a video editor like vegas video or adobe premier.

yes but how do you get it from the PS2 to the computer...camera? or is there some sort of linkup?

Didn't i explain that already? video capture device! it's a video input on a computer which allows you to record(capture) video on your hard drive. That is the link, you plug the PS2 in to this card or device like you would to a TV. Not all computers have them, most don't.
