I think JC's comments are actually not jokes though, because i've heard alot of stuff about his dislike of america.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but they're jokes. He's not the only one that makes them, either.

*talking about the Z32 300ZX*
Hammond: "...and then there's a great, big, fat old..."
Clarkson: "...twin-turbocharged..."
Hammond: "...giant, wobbly car for putting Americans in..."

Haha, ok, got ya there, thatnks for proving me wrong, now only if they didnt have to cut that out of our version....

Didn't the GT40's already come with helmet bubbles? Or was that just the racecars, or only some of the racecars?
The road cars didn't, this one had quite a sizable 'bubble' in it, needed to be to get all six and a half foot of JC in. LOL

Quite right Wolfe, good old British sense of humour.

The fact that JC loves the Ford GT and Hammond has a Dodge Charger kind of go against the Top Gear hates Americans view.

For goodness sake have you heard how Hammond and Clarkson go at each other, do they also hate each other, No.

As Wolfe said, its a joke, I mean Clarkson has been to the States on numerous occasions, hardly the actions of a man that hates the place.

Why, why, oh why would you want to do that???????

Lets take out a car that Senna had a hand in tuning the chassis of and replace it with the product of a deranged mind. Ohh look my car will do a million miles an hour, but with a cd of .55 its top speed was always going to be low. Big engine, heavy car and a nice 3-speed autobox!!!!!

As you may be able to tell I'm not the worlds biggest fan of the W8 (or Vectors), lots of talk, not a lot of show. And before anyone says, its not because its American either, it could have come from the UK, I'd still dislike it.

👍 from me on both of those, but I'd be tempted by the Escort Cosworth over the Sierra.

But the Escorst is already in there, albiet the rallye version, that's why i didn't say it, but hell, take out the Ford SVT Lightning for the Escort Cossie

86 el camino 68 maybe the 80's crapminos only came with anemic 305's

But the 86's IMO looked better than the Chevelle nosed ones.

Ok how about the Nissan EXA CANOPY L.A. Version Type S (N13).
I had the Vector W8 in GT2 and it was one of my best cars.

You can't get rid of the gulf coloured GT40!!!!

This is easy -
Vanquish out - Vanquish S in
Sauber C9 out - Sauber C11 in
Oreca Viper (Red) out - Oreca viper blue/red/white (like in Gt2) in

Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 Rally Car '85 for the Lancia 037 Rally Car.
