The two that I've found connect up fine... Pretty sure that the tanker will too!!!

Having just looked over at GTA Warehouse... the Tanker seems to be in between the Linerunner and Roadtrain for size... And now I've noted some distinguishing features... I'll see if I can find the beast tonight.

100% complete now. The source of my problem was the Pimping mission. I think I did them real early in the game but I think I died on level ten because in my stats it says I made it to level ten. So I just thought I had it done. Then I remembered I might have died so I did them and 100% was mine.

I'm so bloody lazy. My game's been sitting at around 85% for days now. I just couldn't be arsed. I might try unlocking the Hunter and doing vigilante. Or I mightn't.

I went through all the tags from a map I've downloaded and I've only 95 tags found. AARGH! I tried a photo-ops map as well but after checking 5 locations, I could only find a single photo. This is too much hard work.

When I was collecting all of that boring stuff I'd usually just find 4 or 5 of the items then go do something else, come back and find some more, then after you have all of them, celebrate with cake.

I just tried winning a lot of money by betting millions of dollars on the horse races, and after losing 3 times in a row I've givin up. My thumb needs a massage.

Yippee! Got all golds in the flying school, unlocked the Hunter so I completed Vigilante. Not as easy as doing it in the Hunter in Vice City, but a hell of a lot easier than doing it in a police car or ranger I imagine.

just use a tank its easy as well, i would persume as i also did vig in a hunter. 5mins and you lvl 12 how good is that

I'm working on maxing my money out with vigilante. I'm up to about level 65. I'm started to get the hang of the new Hunter handling and stupid L1 firing.

I found my tanker in Montgomery when I was going there to max my money-- there was a line of semis blocked by my car (the buffalo from catalinas shack--in case this affects spawning)-- I got in the first one--was a line runner, the one behind it was a tanker--they looked pretty similar to me.

I'm on my 3rd list now--just 3 left (as usual they made the last list pretty easy--other then the Euro)-- I knocked out the first 7 in under 1/2 and hour and found all of them in SF or just south in the country-- I had a Banshee at the garage in SF too so that one was easy.

I've taken over all the remaining gang territory-- no more competing gangs --- 55 territories--- I know not needed for 100% but I don't like having to worry about them shooting at me or taking over MY territory.

I just got up to level 104 of vigilante and the next set of cars spawed somewher I could not reach them. They were triangles pointing down so they must have gotten spawned underground. I'm guessing they were inside a train tunnel or something. I couldn't get to them so I failed which was kind of depressing.

So then I tried doing the ITB machines. I lost 11 times in a row with maximum bet. 9 of those 11 times my horse finished last. Is there any kind of trick to it?

That sucks on the vigilante thing-- did you have enuf time to get a police car and try driving through the tunnel or did you just give up??

The ITB trick-- requires alot of patience-- I did notice (and I'm not sure if it was always the case) that I seemed to win more often if the lady in the coveralls was in there (this is at the montgomery ITB)-- i remember her because as you are at the betting machine she comes up and talks to you and asks you questions--you can't respond and she always says "well screw you then..." or something like that. I'm not sure if she is lucky or it was a coincidence-- but if she's not there you might want to drive off and come back and try and see if that improves your luck.

I never messed around with betting on the 11/1 longshot-- I would exit and reenter the machine or go to the other machine until there was a 12/1 horse--

I've gotten it on the 1st or 2nd try a couple of times and have gone as many as 20 losses before winning one-- so what I did was do it until I won and then go off and do something else--unless I won the first time pretty fast, then I'd do it until I won a 2nd time-- it took me 5 or 6 sittings to max my money-- at least 2 hours of playing.

As for the vigilante thing, I found the tunnel and got out of the hunter and ran through it until I reached the red icons. When I got to them they were still triangles that were pointing down so I went back to the hunter and tried looking for another tunnel they might be in. I didn't find one, and ran out of time.

I bet a few more times in ITB. I finally won but I only bet 300,000. Does the amount you bet have any affect on the odds?

Also, I thought I'd do something productive while betting so I've been solving my rubik's cube with one hand while pushing X repeatedly in the other.

There's a Banshee spawn point between the Burger Shot and Gym in San Fierro... a short step away from Zeros and therefore your garage... And of course the Super GT is outside the Driving School!!

Still looking for that damned Tanker... although didn't play last night so no actual progress at all!!

I finally got the 8-Track finished last night. I hate that race. I wonder if your cars take twice the damage when you get 100%? That'd make it more fun.

KM.

Maybe. It's a definate possibility. I would actually welcome that, contrary to the previous Rewards coming back from Vice City. I liked Double Damage.

The one Zero mission is pissing me off, the red baron, kill the courier mission. I am getting to the last guy, and always get shot down by someone....

I did Bloodring, Dirt Track and the last of the road races today (Freeway).

You get $1,000,000 for winning all the races. That Bloodring is far harder than the Vice City one. These guys actually go for the markers instead of getting them by accident.

I like the Dirt Track race, I could have fun getting some good times for the record book with it.

I've saved a Broadway in a safe house so I think I'll try to get Pimping and Firefighter finished tonight. That'll leave me with 90%+ done.

I finished Zero's missions today. I got that mission on the 3rd try. I was able to get 2 of the couriers within about 30 seconds of the start of the mission. For the rest I just took it slowly and brought my plane down slow and low behind the couriers to machine gun them. I had still over a quarter of my fuel left.

edit: I also did the Beat the **** mission that starts from the beach in Los Santos. It doesn't show in my stats and I don't think it added to my % so maybe it's like the Chiliad Challenge races and there's a few of them to do.

KM.

beat the *** doesnt count to 100%

i did Zeros second mission 2nd go, i just did what KM posted. nice and slow behind and blow them up.

Finally bagged me a Tanker and then another 6 vehicles for the 3rd list... Also Done all the missions upto killing Pulaski...

65% done with 39 1/2 hours.

Still having major difficulty with the NRG500 challenge... I think my best attempt was with two coronas left... then again my best attempt at Kickstart was 16... I think maybe I'm not the most skillful with the bikes!!!

Why the 'X' pushing? - I'm taking the game nice and slow, so i've only betted about 6 times, lost the first 5 with low bets, then stuck all i had ($15,000ish) on a 10-1 horse and won! - but i never touched a button during the race - is it meant to help?
