Hey guys, my rig was selected as rig of the week over at ISR.

Very very nice. I'm not a big fan of the Tac but it is original compared to alot of the rigs I've seen here and online in general.

Thanks LMS, plans are in the works to build a dash which includes adding a speedometer and mounting that and the tach on each side of the wheel.

I wouldn't mind that for my build, but much smaller ones like what auto meter sales.

Either way a very creative build.

that is an Auto Meter, model 6858. 11,000 for iRacing

I could tell, but I'm talking about their smaller gauges, not sure if they have a smaller tac that I'd like. Yet a boost gauge and such that is mapped to the game would be nice (for me). Either way good job on getting rig of the week and can't wait to see this get even better. Oh and your button box set up is amazing a beautiful touch for sure.

I saw that too. I was like, hey, I know that name!

To be honest I never caught the topic on the topic list, so I had never seen it. Nice rig. 👍

Very nice setup. One day I hope to upgrade my GT2 wheel to the t500 and keep the clubpsorts just like you.

Question though, what is that screen on the right showing all the telemetry data? What hardware is that and what type of screen?

Great setup.

To the right of your wheel in the last two photos... Is that small round black thing a compass?

I personally love that tach, I think it's awesome. Also that dangling remote control thing, is that for a Buttkicker? If I do ever end up getting a BK I'm cutting that remote off and making a panel on my cockpit for it, that looks like it should be on an electric blanket or one of those moving chairs/beds for people who are less able to get up... Horrible. That's not a slight on your rig, though, of course.

one of my favorite setups... well deserved!
Tach with shift light is so useful in iracing. I also plan on building a dash with my tach, spi-d, and gi max mounted then i'll be happy... o, i'll also need a button box :D

Insane rig!! Congrats on such a sweet setup. Triple 55" TVs? Wow. Amazing. You should post a vid on youtube of you using that beast.

Thanks everyone 👍 I still have plans to build a dash with more instruments. ATM everything is in it's place for iRacing and it is very functional.

Thanks Franjo,

That is the 7" Liliput monitor running iSpeed which is a telemetry program designed for iRacing. You will be real happy with the CSP's and a T500, I think they are one of the best combo's at a very good price for iRacing.

That is one of my overlooked tool, yes that is a Buttkicker remote, actually there are two of them back to back. As mentioned before, my rig is well designed for usage in iRacing. Just like a real race car things aren't always shiny and pretty. :D

I unhooked my csr-e and replaced it with my t500rs last night. What a blast I had. I really miss the nice big rim. Just felt like I was driving on easy mode in the race I entered last night.

T500rs + CSP is an awesome combo. I still need to get a little USB monitor like you have there lefty for iSpeed. I mainly use it for the Lap Analyzer and speed traps

eclipsee, I built the frame myself from 1 1/2" and 1" square tubing. I found a blueprint for version 2 of the Zalem design.

I use the Lap Analyzer to find my weak spots on any particular track with someone's time that is slightly faster then me. Then if I can pick up enough time I will then look at someone else faster and so on. It is a great tool for that.

I don't look at the speed traps but the splits are important for me. I also use the fuel gauge.

You're quite skilled with that square tubing. 👍

I designed it and did most of the cutting and grinding, a friend of mine is a welder and with the help of another friend we put it together after hours.

Hey what happened to the CSTs? I thought you had ordered some of those pedals. Did you not like them or is there still a long waiting list?

Congratulations to you, Darren. It's like the cherry on top of the cake I suppose (or how was that saying again?). Of course a rig is never finished, so I wonder what future improvements you come up with. ;)
