RM or engine upgrades first?

Just wondering in what order do I upgrade a car.
I've got 2 NSX's both RM'd and they're different BHP.

Can't remember what I upgraded first to get the higher BHP.

RM + fully tune. You must be missing something, or just not have engine break in on one.

RMs remove everything that's already installed I think

If you do an RM on a car with engine tuning prior from my previous experience it will remove the engine tuning on the RM but the engine tuning will still be shown as there and you cannot buy it again, meaning you cannot get the horsepower from it back. Unless that's fixed now...haven't tried it for a while.

Well, that's not correct!
Yes, it removes the engine tuning, but you can simply reinstall it. Very easy.

(that's since release, no need to fix anything)

You can't reinstall engine tuning - not when I tried it I couldn't anyway.

Where did you try it? In the tuning parts shop?

Go to the settings, click on the engine stage, a window will pop up, click "install". Where's the problem?
