Wow, I totally managed to brain fart the heck out of the first pre-season race, sounds like a lot got accomplished, will be there for the race on the 4th.

When will the qualifying rooms be open for race 1? Any times?

Read the rules again a few times, it's all explained there really. It states that there's no specified time for qualifying at all. It runs all week from the end of the race before to thirty minutes before the start of the next race on Sunday.

You can be qualified by having any of the Capable hosts listed in the OP watch your run.

Hmm, I'll do a couple quick runs today after WSGTC practice.
 
Yeah it seems easy but it's pretty hard to find the right lines and they change a lot from car to car.
 
@Wardez - Just an FYI, I will be absent from the second pre-season race due to the weekend of boats and skis I will be enjoying to celebrate the day of my birth. It's time to see if my GP1200R will finally hit a true 75 MPH.

Yup Imonna have to be out for this weekends race as well as I'm goin on a 25 hr road trip with some buddies from school :) Also working on a trade for my stupid TC, which YES I still have :P

Corvettes are super practical. I was able to move a push lawnmower in the spacious cargo area of my friend's C5. They're pretty much comparable to a Silverado or Sierra. :D
 
Nope, "because of the snow" I'm looking at an bugeye WRX. Only way i could convince my family to remove the lien on my TC so I could sell it was if I was buying a car that was "more practical."
 
I couldn't help but sign up for this. I'm not sure how many races I'll be at, but I should be at the preseason race unless something comes up. It also appears that Nastradamus has taken my usual racing number, so I'll flip that number over and use #66 instead :p

But yeah, remember you can qualify people too so if anyone wants to get it out of the way or learn more about it they can ask you CSL.

If you guys know of anything with serious racing (but not too serious) let me now. Oh and sorry to but in but I ran in to one of the league members on PSN and inquired as to what he was practicing.... LOOKS FUN! Cheers boys!

Room closed, stuck at 1:27.7, a bit difficult to eliminate the under-steer without killing the traction.
But for what it's worth, everyone can scrap their tunes from last week.

Is what I'd call a decent base tune, after that driver preference should start coming into play.

FYI - Z06 is the no-no word after checking, it does sound pretty vulgar being in the game for 3 models already. :lol:
