Just curious, are any of these RUFs Premium?
Since I'm getting a Fanatec steering wheel it would be disappointing to know that I'll never be able to drive a Porsche with a Porsche wheel. :P

No, they are simply imported GT3/GT4 assets. Rather dissapointing actually.

I am beginning to wonder if Sony/PD did not renew the licenses for alot of the content and this perhaps forced them to re-use their existing assets. it seems they did not even spend 1 minute cleaning up the GT3/GT4 imports.

my lvl 10 gift ticket was a greenish RUF BTR. I haven't tried it yet. The yellowbird showed several times in the used dealer, I think my GT5 copy likes RUFs.

Drove e Stock Yellowbird to a win in Schwarzwald liga B.

What a car! I always loved the bird, but now the new physics engine just makes it feel even more unique. Awesome.

I disagree. It look to me like the majority of the cars have been improved from their GT3/4 models. Sure, there are some cars that look kind of bad, but I think the vast majority look good.

I bought my Yellowbird earlier this morning. Man is she fun to drive around the' Ring with no assists.

I am gagging for a ruff. Preferably the one with the fat arse! Any will do though, willing to trade lots of different top end motors!

This thing makes my 797 hp mclaren f1 look like a honda civic to drive. It has almost 350hp less yet its 5 times harder to drive. I took it around the nurburgring and although it was very hard to control, it was a freakin blast to drive. 👍

I have now compared them side by side, GT3, GT4. GT5PSP and strandard GT5 cars of the same model - they have done nothing to upscale some of the earlier cars. You can barely notice any improvement from GT3 to GT4. They are basically 'early HD - 480p' ready 3D assets. Why do youthinkt he race car textures are so pixelated?

My B-Spec driver owns my Nordshleife laptime. He whooped the competition in the extreme German races. And he got a 7m44sec (Completely Unmodified or restored on sport medium tyres). Wore the tyres out and did a 360 on the second lap so he didn't get a good flying lap.

Finally snagged one in used cars. Only changed the oil and took it to high speed ring to try it out.

Took me three tries to get past the first left hand sweeper without the back end breaking loose!!

Yowzers!!!

I've been buying RUFs as soon as I'm seeing them in the used dealer. Got my CTR Yellow Bird, CTR2 and 3400s so far. Just need the BTR and the RGT.

It was the last car in my "must have" list. Now I'm buying rare/cool cars I happen to come across

Not to rub it in further, but the yellowbird stands out so far from the rest I put it in a completely different class of simulation. Absolutely amazing car. My throat has never been so dry driving a simulator. This thing is terrifying but I love it!!!! I adjust rear toe in to 1.0 for a little more control but I like the difficulty!! Didn't know such a fan base! Let's do a yellowbird only race online!!!!! I'm going to set one up now!!! Join me!!!!!

This car is a blast to drive... using mine with no mods, no setting changes and Racing Soft tires... it is fairly manageable with these tires, and a lot of fun.

Just imagine taking a YellowBird around the full Nurburgring on the limit. I might try it later, but I'm scared of that circuit, I don't think I could do it without crashing!

Great car! The Yellow Bird needs a really good tune though. Even then it's a handful. Actually I drive all of the RUF's much more lately than any others. I used the CTR2 '96 today in the new 4wd seasonal event. Great fun!

You got a tune for it?
