Its a hidden car in GT3, something you can get through MK's save game editor, or possibly through a game shark.. Never seent aht sample car though..

It looks like a Model T Ford (maybe it is ) That is a car that the developers used to make the game...To experiment with settings and stuff. It freezes the game when you try to race it was so freeky I almost had a heart attack!
