I heard that Ireland uses from today khm instead of mph. And that they can drive faster on the highway now . When does it changes in the rest of the UK?

I gave up with the waiting and bought an Asian version and had my PS2 chipped, cost me £100 for both but no regrets at all.... The games is worth every penny! 👍 Still gonna get the PAL version when its out also though.

Further to this point...

EIRE is now part of the Full European Union and as such has the Euro as its currency...

Great Britian is not part of the Full European Union and therefore we still use Pounds Sterling... Which is also why we use Miles and MPH and EIRE has gradually been switching to KM and KMH... which should be completed by the end of the day!

Labour seem to be handing the balance of power back to the unions which Thatcher so effectively destroyed (For the good of the country!)

Personally I think Labour generally have done a good job, but their slowly getting worse & more stupid. Still, like hell I'll be voting for Michael Howard

No, Labour hasn't done a good job, they took over a VERY strong and recovered country in 97, even they couldn't ruin it totally.
When you take over an almost bankrupt country as Mrs T did in 79, recovery tends to have its ups and downs.

In closing, I have lived through these times as an adult, I clearly remember the 70's and 80's, she really did turn this country around, OK she became power crazy at the end of the 80's, Blair got to that stage before the end of the 90's.

Yeah DVDCRave, the Austrlian retailer I am ordering from have changed the date to the 10th of March so it looks like the March 9th to 11th is the period its most likely to come out in the UK at least.

Its a late release date. 24 march but its a cheap price. But for a game like that the price just doesn't matter!

Probably right to be honest... Major was a bit of a non-entity but he did some good work in Ireland and kept up the rejuvenation of the Economy...
