Nobody has established anything. They are speculating. Just because updates have been done at 10pm EST doesn't mean it's going to stay that way.
 
i heard no seasonal events for this week since PD plan to make a major update next week.

There won't be any this week. The updates been applied (automatically). If there was going to be any they'd have gone on at same time as OCD change.

The prices differ in each OCD. My prices are lower for every car except the Lancia

This makes me sad, got everything I had to do done early so that I could do these tonight. whack!
 
Everyone was always going to get upset when these came to an end but it was inevitably going to happen sometime.

I have been waiting since 10:00 am all because of there typo.

There went a wasted snowday (I went up 2 levels :) )

If I had known it was p.m. I would have done something else.

Or they could put up more events so we have opportunities to win money instead of grinding out race after race
 
At 10pm the seasonals updated...but just removed the old events. Still no 7.
