Or they could put up more events so we have opportunities to win money instead of grinding out race after race

I agree whole heartedly. Although I don't dupe, they desperately need more events that give higher payouts.
 
45 minutes no seasonal events. I guess not today.

They said +/- a day so maybe tomorrow.
 
I'm not on my PS3 now but doesn't it say seasonal 5 ends tomorrow (thursday)? I guess they give us the next one then...

The News section says 4 AM GMT from now on, well, it does for me, anyway. So, I predict they'll arrive in roughly 10 minutes, IF they're on time and the +/- 1 day thing doesn't come into it.

I WAS going to spend all night grinding Indy for the last million I need to buy the Miura, then I remembered. Shame I can't really justify going to bed at roughly 5am just to do some seasonal events!

From how they were going on all over the different news channels I was expecting a serious storm. It of course never came, less than a foot of snow isn't even worth mentioning on the news. 5 year storm my $%^!

The only time I duped was when I bought a Minolta because I sent it to a friend and he never sent it back. Other than that I don't ether but I can understand why people dupe. Only when I passed about 4 million bucks did I realize I could relax with grinding. Its just a pain that B-Spec which you can't fast foward also pays out wayyy less than A-Spec. I mean if I have to sit and watch a computer drive and not listen to me at all I should get paid more especially when he crashes an expansive car haha
 
News board states:

"From this point the Seasonal Events will generally be updated on thursday every week at 04:00 GMT.

Please note that the timing of these updates may vary by +/-1 day"


So still 10 minutes to wait... +/-1 day :D
 
Um... is it just possible they won't have any this week? Or just nothing for Torontonians? It seems like most of us are from Hogtown :D lol

Oh well. It gave me a chance to do the drift races that I didn't do yet. The time trials are pointless now that everyone just uses the same car and race setup, and even the average Joe racer won't come close to the top times anyways.

EDIT: now they say 11pm EST? Ok, I'll give it a few minutes :)

Yeah, they didn't even have to call in the army. I would've liked to see that :(

Yea I wish the army came.

Oh well I found an empty parking lot a few hours ago, I had a few spins there before coming back and cleaning my driveway.

Hoping to be treated with some SEASONAL EVENTS when I started the ps3.

And I just realized that with all the rally cars in the OCD, it looks like we'll be getting a rally race 👍

Come on now, the TTC is a expertly run organization with a stellar record of constant exemplary servi...... :dopey: Haha couldn't finish that one with a straight face.

I'm still going with there won't be any. Why wouldn't it happen at same time as OCD updated? Doesn't make any sense.

Yeah, they could learn a thing or two from the pain in the ass modern ticketing system used by Viva.... And besides, its so easy to cheat!!! :D
 
You know what, PD stands for Postponements & Delays, a culture that Soony has proudly embraced. After epic delays of GT5, I am convinced that the updates and seasonal events will continue to foster this prestigious culture.
