I looked at forza 4's carlist and i immediately got pissed off. They get the Honda civic Em1 and other coupes and the hatchbacks. We just get hatchbacks, what's up with that?

To be honest Forza may have that car and some nice exotics, but they have no Subarus, no GT-R's among other cars.
no GT-R ? Dont comment if you dont play forza. Those kind of stuff piss me off.It has R35,R34, R33 and R32 I dont remember like that without looking but I think they even get some older skyline as well. They dont have 200 versions of the gtr tho.
I'm not defending Forza really because I dont really like how the car respond on the pad, doesnt feel right. Either you have too much aids, or if you turn them off, it's quite impossible to drive with the pad.
However Forza4 got full interior on ALL cars, some nice track selection (<3 Road America) and a lot of cool goodies, specialy online.
I end up liking GT5 more and I cant really get why. But both game are valid racing game with pro and cons.
Before you continue with your discussion, realize that this thread exists (Click Here). Do not get yourselves into trouble now.I know it's not my place to tell you what to do, but seeing threads close due to this is pretty annoying.
Simple answer to the OP, because those cars are North American release only, they are probably very hard for a company in Japan to get a hold on them.
Yeah I'm sorry I realized that when I typed, but I couldnt let it pass. Believe it or not but this is my short version of the message I intend to post at first XDSimple answer to the OP, because those cars are North American release only, they are probably very hard for a company in Japan to get a hold on them. Forza has them because they placed themselves in the U.S., equaling easy access.
But it shouldnt be hard to get those cars into GT5. Other car games have Japan only cars. I believe it comes down to PD just putting what they feel are important into the game.
I don't understand the whole "Civic is a performance car" thing. It's a shopping trolley with a motorbike engine! And it's wrong wheel drive! I blame The Fast and the Furious.
/rant.
You never know. Some games may put in more money just to get a car to them. We don't know so speculation continues. What's wrong with putting in cars they feel are important in the game? It's their game after all, not ours.
You're making a terrible comparison. It's yours because you paid for it, but they decide what the contents are. Sure they produce it to make money and such, but it's really up to them what goes in.

If I order food at a diner...is it my food or thiers? Did PD make a game to make money and market to end users or just for their personal use? See what I am getting at?
If you go to a Chinese restaurant and demand spaghetti and bratwurst with french fries on the side should they have to buy the ingredients and look up how to make it for you?

Does Forza 4 have any Mugen or Spoon Civics? I don't know that's why I am asking.

High 5 my friend! 👍👍👍👍
That's so wrong, your comparaison doesnt work.
In GT5 there is clearly some european and US market cars, so it's not like there is noon. If I go to a restaurant serving every type of food, I expect them to have french fries, pizza and spaghetti because it's comon food. Same goes for GT5. It's not a JP only game anymore. In Shutoku battle for example I dont expect to have any european/us car at all because it's a japanese game, aimed to be release on japanese consumer. Same goes for Initial D but on GT5 it's not the case obviously. It's an international game made by japanese.
Now dont get me wrong, I have more than enough car in GT5 but your argument is just wrong in my eyes. I bet most people didnt even drive half the car (not counting the same model but us/eu/jp version).
VaxxtxNot really. More like...
👍
Look, you talk about not commenting about Forza unless you've played it(well not you exactly, but you agreed with the user who did) and to be honest you're being hypocritical, looking at your posts, it looks like all your posts within the Forza section are positive, but once you come over to the GT5 section, you nit pick the living hell out of it, and it looks like you either no longer play GT5 or you've never played it at all, and that's great, but how come you can comment on something you no longer play or never have, but when someone does the same in regards to Forza, they get called out? Pot. Kettle. Black as the saying goes. Nothing personal its just an observation.. Oh and please don't feed me the "complaint about complaining" speech please![]()
VaxxtxTo answer your question I nit pick GT5 more because IMO there is more problems with it. There is not much to complain about in FM4, and I am happy with the game. Is it perfection? Nope. Want to see me critizing it...then go to Forzaplanet.net and read my posts. Want to see if I play GT5? My PSN id in right there, toss my a friend request. So I can rightly voice my opnion as long as I follow the AUP, right?
This has nothing to do with why some NA Hondas are not in the game though. So...why are you trying to go off on something that has not even been discussed (FM) in the past 10+ posts on this thread?
And I do stick with my comment that you shouldnt state facts about a game you have not played.
