i dont know much about what pal and ntsc means- reading on wiki makes me think i am ntsc, but i have raced with many of the pal users listed here and dont recall racing with any of the ntsc users. im in the us. help
Where did you buy the game? If you brought it in the USA then it will be NTSC! You may have raced people with a PAL copy before due to World Events. The regions are lifted on these and anyone in the world can race eachtother 👍
