Ohh, so I have NTSC edition... sorry 'bout that I thought it was vice-versa. To whomever fixed it, Thank you.

I wonder what the age span is? of course, most are gonna be the younger gen, but I do know a couple of "older" friends who entertain themselves with GT5 & PS3 (& xbox).
I'm in the 30+ gen & been playin vids since ATARI 2600 :eek:

I kinda bowed out of the competition before things even got started. I never sent in a time, as I'm no longer a sixaxis user. I just bit the bullet and ordered the setup I've been wanting. I received my Playseat Evolution Friday and my Logitech G25 arrives tomorrow! :cheers:

Not sure what you mean by "I have already submitted my time". You signed up on the list but then never took part in the time trial. You were PM'ed once or maybe twice to give you info about the competition.

Yes spawnblack mailed me his time as he was having some difficulty with his connection, which we hope is now going to be ok...ish for his involvement in the group stage

No i'm not him.....but i am his brother.:) You two have some things to work out on the track and i hope you two resolve it. Dont take anything out on me when you see me online as i believe no one should be cutting corner's......and my brother does not. Not saying you do....cause i did not see the race you and him had but i saw the messages that was sent.

He's a fair driver and you can ask anyone on GT Planet that you come across unless they are cheating or trying to knock him off the track. We will both give the other driver a little knudge(BRITISH TOURING CAR STYLE) when coming to an apex as we think that is fair, but will not force them completely off the track.

I see a lot of driver's who cut corner's on Fuji when coming up to the chicane which i think is very weak if they continue the trend for all of the 5 laps. Just know there are no bad feelings with what goes on on the track just good racing and i can say that my brother and i enjoy racing you and other's who play fair. Hope to see you soon on the track :)
 
My connection is still playing up but i am trying to get it sorted before stage 2 ends next week. Keep me in mind fellow racers, i'm not out yet.

When i came across your brother he was cutting every corner on the track, i pointed this out to him via the PS3, he then replied that at least he was winning and that i was a loser for not doing this and therefore not winning, i admit i may have been a bit harsh in my choice of words to your brother and apologise, tell your brother lets forget it and let bygones be bygones.

Good luck in this competition i know i need it.

I left no messages to your brother yesterday :confused: the messages you refer to were from last week for which i have apologised, i read the message from your brother where he referred to me being a good guy and i sent a civilised response, i think you need to check the dates of the messages before sending messages like this to me here, and ask your brother when those messages were sent, and also look at what he sent me OK.

I did check and it was for the 18/11/2008 sometime after 3pm if i remember correctly, or maybe cause of the way the message system is on the ps3 it will only show the date it is recieved. Apologies if that is the case. Anyway lets forget all that now i think cause i'm at work now i'm not enjoying myself today and it's still early:nervous:

I dont think i will be in the stage 2 cause my wireless wont sign me in to the network properly so it's only keeping me signed in for 5 min at a time. I hope to see you in the events in the future if my wireless will have me do so. Alright just racing talk from now on and no complaining from me anymore. 👍

Just a suggestion;
If you're having trouble with your wireless connection, buy an ethernet cable (£10 or so depending on length), and say goodbye to connection problems.
It solved the problem for me. Also cuts down chances of lag. 👍
