how many do you have?, what kind?, which one do you think is the best?

i have i think 10 now. everything from 93-new. the best is the calsonic and my favorite is the 93 n1
 
I've got 20 Skylines from Nissan, ranging from the '62 Skyline Sport Coupe to the '03 Coupe 350GT. The best of these non-tuned cars I'd say is the '02 V-Spec-II Nur. I found it had just a little bit better average accel 0-400 (13.280s) and 0-1000 (24,263s) than the other GT-Rs. Next to best top speed (274,5km/h) just beaten by the far less powered '03 Coupe 350GT (275km/h).

I also have 1 Mine's Skyline, 3 Nismos, 1 Amuse and 1 Blitz.
Dont have the JGTC Skylines yet.

I've got the M-Spec, the N1-V-Spec and the BLRA-3 sport :)
 
Not sure, but I definitely have more than I need. I'd guess around 10 total, only one of which is new, and that was only for a challenge someone posed. I never drive them and don't like them :yuck:
 
I have 1 of each. Racing and road-going versions. All standard. My favorite being the Nismo S-Tune, of course 👍 👍 . Just a pity this baby isn't in the game:

i know the LM version of the skyline has the most HP like 1005HP or somewhere around there (mabe it was higher, dont remember).
the vspec-II nur 02 (i think) has 908HP or mabe it was 905hp, i forget, im going off the top of my head here.

the xavani red race car from the nissan dealership has the best power to weight ratio because its the lightest of the skylines.

hrm.. the one skyline you win from the licenses actually has like 936HP (around there) its pritty good but alittle heavy.

some skylines come in rear wheel but most come in AWD.

what else you wana know? i have them all.

ive got a question, what does N1 mean? and does Nur really mean Nurburgring??
 
hrm... i think nur is really nurburgring edition, but im not 100% certain, its just what i always thought, and i guess N1 might stand for nismo or something, i havent a clue :P

the LM edition skyline ... hrm.. im not sure how much HP it has, that was off the top of my head, but its at least 900 something when fully tuned and oil change, mabe higher... if i was wrong it would be in the high 800's.
 
The only Skylines I have and drive are the RWD ones. In my opinion, all the AWD Skylines suck. I just hate cars that understeer. I've been able to reduce the amount of understeer with some AWD cars by tuning the LSDs and VCD, but that only goes so far. My lap times are always better with a RWD car, period.

I especially like the 83,84,85,89 skylines though. With a little tweaking, they can be really fun to drive.
 
Woops, I forgot, I do have the pace car which is my only 4WD one. Haven't driven it yet though. Wonder if the lightbar increases drag at high speeds? Has anybody tested 2 side by side to find out?
 
What the hell do people see in freak'in Skylines!? I mean really... They look like bricks and move like bricks. I have 0 Skylines and damn proud of it too!
 
I know where you're coming from, but you should give the RWD ones a chance. They'll give you all the oversteer you could possibly want.

SKYLINE GT-R LM Road Going Version (R33) '95
Skyline GT-R V-Spec LM Limited (R33) (754bhp)
Skyline GT-R V-Spec (R34) (Lightning Yellow, 844bhp)
Calsonic Skyline GT-R Race Car '93
Skyline 2000GT-B '67
GT-R Concept LM Race Car '02
GRAN TURISMO SKYLINE GT-R (Pace Car) '01
SKYLINE Hard Top 2000GT-R (KPGC10) '70

The best is the GT-R V-Spec (R34) 👍
 
skylines look awesome and in real life they are the godzillas of the japanese industry.

there are a few tuner cars out their but skylines are the most popular, i would say sklines, supra's, 300ZX's and a few others are extreamly popular.

and for good reason too, the suspention, awd setup, the RB26DETT, etc... the modding capapbilities of these cars can goto 600HP to the wheels, and thats an amazing feet (in fact i think thats the record, alot of cars have alot more hp, but not to the wheels (or so i belive)).

in the game its differnt, these cars perform very good to me, but as said above everyone has a differnt driving style and some may not like them at all. certainly very high power cars that they are.

sorry, but you have no idea what youre talking about. 600rwhp was easily achievable back in the 70s for american hotrodders...600hp is nothing new or special.
 
Yeah the 400R is pretty cool, the paintjob almost looks like an old american muscle car paintjob, say maybe Plymouth Cuda, Pontiac GTO Judge.

it seems to be news to me... mabe its just for production cars with upgrades... i dunno, but it seems to be some kind of record for 600hp to the wheel's.... i may be mistaken if some 70's road car can do it... it may be possible, i read alot of "sport compact car" magazine, and they say thats some kind of record to beat. so im just going off of that, but hey what do they know, heeeee. :crazy:

i like the 93 GTR, i bought a white one with 10km. i think the R32 looks nicer than the newer ones because its simple.

So true, the new ones seem to be plagued with uber ego.

Also, that 600hp thing may be a record for cars with a certain engine size or displacement eg V4... that would sure as hell be some feat.

you misinterpreted what you read. Sport compact (riceboy) magazines are also just about the worst source of car info possible, too... I have a friend with a mustang with over 700rwhp...It's not any kind of record.
 
i like the mines skyline the most i have about 30 skyline's old and new
but the mines the nismo's and the r34 nur spec2 are the best :sly:
