Sounds good to me.Would everyone been admittable to a set 15min break between qualifying and racing? 930-945 est. @BradESPN

You can take a square and put it where you want the D# to go. Then size them to fit inside the borders of the square. Remove the square when finished. Now you have a D# lined up and good to go.
I don't have to really practice or make a livery so I'm just gonna paint it my usual blue and put the bare minimum stickers on. GTPlanet number plate, SNAIL logos, and one for Logitech to remind people I'm a wheel user.
TVVO_ dislikes this.lol i dont think ive stringed together 3clean laps (no damage taken) myself lol all for fun ya know.I'm gonna back out for tonight. Not enough practice and I know there are others that want to join so I don't want to take up a spot. I hope your first night runs well @BradESPN
Yea yea... watch me race you wheel to wheel next weekSo much for the "new DP", I could've put money on that one.
Guys run whatever livery you want, and you dont need to put a Division badge on your car. (and what does a non-snail do for that anyways)
It will be in about 15 mins.is the room up?
I have not run a clean lap either out of ~7. I'll be limping into the pits for sure.
I won't get lapped....so there's that.
Also, did anyone say you had to put a division badge on your car?
I'm down in D3 far away from your quick assI just find it funny for someone to make all kinds of suggestions for how to run a series, what to do, what not to do, yet when it comes time to race (or half-way through a race) you're no where to be found. Time and time again.
Theres a term the BOBs came up with for it, its called DP'ing.
Wheres this new DP you've been touting?
I actually did a lot better than I thought I would. No major damage. I did complete 3 laps with a busted right rear but it didnt affect me too much. I managed to run a sub 9. After 1.5hrs on that thing Im ready for it now.
I was the opposite, my lack of preparation for this race really got to me.
I don't think I had the best strategy, and I went off track at least 6 times, damage on two occasions that I ended up getting repaired (and again damage on the last lap, but I had a big lead on 5th and I was catching 3rd so I was really taking risks). A few mental errors too where I made mistakes, all in all I probably left 30 seconds on the track.
Ha...towards the end I started making mental errors. Started to space out and forget where I was. On the back side of the track, where all the esses are, is where I still need some practice. Could tell when you got damage by looking at the time I was gaining on you. This brings me to another issue - I watch the times too much to see if Im gaining on someone or visa versa - someone is gaining on me which causes me problems.
Things were going good for me, until my G27 crapped out!I had a pit strategy that should have gotten me to the end of the race no problem and then my wheel went limp/free, the gas was mashed, brakes didn't work and couldn't even exit the race, I had to manually shut down the PS4. I really can't believe my horrible luck......I had my internet provider come to my house and replace some cables yesterday, replace the router with a brand new one(even a newer style that's supposedly better) and did some ping/packet testing and speed testing and everything looked great. I was able to join any lobby I wanted yesterday and able to race just fine. So now that I think I might have the network issue sorted, my wheel decides to give out.
I was going to replace it, and am still heavily thinking about doing so asap, but I just threw close to $2500 into maintenance on the Vette and dishing out another $400 or $500 for wheel/pedal setup right now, might not be the best idea, from a marriage stand point!
Maybe it's a sign, Lol. (and now I'm waiting for the 3rd thing to happen....don't things happen in 3)![]()
