Looks like the room is filling up nicely. I will play the airlines game and overbook by a couple of seats because we know life happens and there is always someone that misses the plane for whatever reason. If there is a sudden rush we need to consider a second room. If it is only a couple over 16 we can prioritize by those who said "Yes" vs "Maybe". We can also do two Knock-out quallys instead of the Q1 , Q2, Q3 format. Let's see what it looks like by Sunday morning coffee time

I'm not sure it's related to system updates. I've already tried several things to fix the issue. If it's not fixed from the most recent attempt, I think it will end up being a bad hard drive that's causing the problem.

2. SNAIL LaborDay Q1 - Track time is at 08:00 Fine Weather
3. SNAIL LaborDay Q2 - Track time is at 10:00 Cloudy
4. SNAIL LaborDay Q3 - Track time is at 12:00 Fine Weather
5. SNAIL LaborDay Race - Track time is at 15:00 Cloudy

Looks like we will have a near full room

Q1 we will eliminate the amount of drivers to have 13 left over to go to Q2
Q2 we will eliminate 3 more so that we have 10 for the Q3 pole shootout

Remember you finish position so you can line up in reverse order for the next qually

Remember you tires used in Q2 if you go through to Q3. Use the Q2 tire for the start of the race

Remember 1 mandatory pit stop to change tire type

Very cool format for Qualifying.

Hopefully it ends in an exciting way, just like the real F1 Q3 Session yesterday!

Such a great race today.

I enjoyed it VERY much

Hamilton's move on Vettel takes balls of steel to try on Lap 1.

Like Verstappen, Vettel is one of those drivers who just does not allow people to overtake him.
 
Well, well, well - it looks like this was quite a challenge. @ConnorWolf showed he was in a different class - showing us all a clean pair of heels. @racingchamp30 showed his true character by staying to the end, no matter what. He was not in the party chat room, so we could not hear his feelings... Q1 was a bit of a disaster. We should have split it up in two runs. After all is said and done - it was a different experience and maybe we'll do something else for the next break. Though, it was worth the try so we see how it feels.

Here is some Data from tonight's race. To put the numbers in perspective:
1. Connor's fastest lap was faster than cry-baby Lewis' fastest lap today (Monza Fast Laps)
2. Today's winner in Italy would have been 4th over all in our race by about 30 seconds (Monza Results)

I tried to share the replay, but it won't go. The thing give me an error message when it gets to 57%. Maybe the file is too big at 177 MB

My apologies for bailing out last night after about 30 laps. There's a fine line between enjoyment, frustration and being a hazard on track. I tried to stay out of the way when the fast guys lapped me (positions 1-9)

Lol honestly there was no way I was no where considered fast I kept falling into these set of like 4 or 5 laps where I couldn't get a turn without spinning to save my life.
 
I really enjoyed the event last night.Sorry about the confusion regarding the line up for the qually's,I missed the memo about the reverse line up after each.That was the most difficult combo I have ever ran!
