Yeah, unfortunately cars don't sell for much.. Also, I'm a collector, i don't sell anything.

You can gift a 1970 ticket though, which acquires this car.

Easy way to get the 1970 gift ticket: Sign up for a new PSN account, friend your main PSN account and make the birthday sometime this week (obviously after or on the 7th of July) and have the year as 1970.

edit/ didn't work. Tried changing the year, but to no avail :S

Seems you can't go around it.. You can get more cars, but you can only gift one per day.. And so it's max 2 cars per account now it seems. I'm sure there are other ways, but i can't bear the hassle to look into it.
Basically.. Gift one, log off, delete save, log on, get a new ticket and wait for the next day. Of course now it'll be the next date, so yeah.. Two tickets per dummy account.. Chance is 1/12 or however many cars '70 had. I forgot if it was 11 or 12. Then maybe rarity comes into play also, i dunno.

I suppose the patched from what i've googled.. Anyways, i got 2 tickets left. So before i go spend all the hard earned money i'll stay patient.

4 quit game back your save up to usb stick or another account on ps3

5 Load gt back up and claim ticket

6 no 2j? Quit game copy save data from usb stick to main account

7 reload gt and claim ticket again, still no 2j?

Rinse and repeat steps 6&7 till you get it.

That was changed a few months ago. You can only send one car per PS3 console per day, no matter the account.

Hold up....'gift' the ticket to your main account, back up save data on main account, open ticket, if it's not the 2j then load your save data and the tickets back in your main. You only have to keep sending the ticket if you keep EVERY car you receive from the ticket.

It's really very rare to see one in UCD, although I have one I still drool when I see it on UCD. I have seen it there about 2-4 times. I think I'm somewhat lucky then.

Ha, that's worse then me, I've seen it about 4-5 times already, but im always 10+ million credits short, I usually find some epic stuff to buy in the UCD or OCD before I actually see it and have the money.

This happened to me a lot, when I was looking for McLaren F1 GTR Le-Mans car. Always when I didn't have enough money it appeared, and when I had, before it's appearence there was all good cars like Pescarolos and cool Group B rally cars.

Edit:If I would ever see a 2J race car, I'd stand there like half an hour staring at it, and taking billions of pictures of it.

Go to save data utillity xmb choose your gt5 game save, hit triangle select copy the select usb.
