We name him ourselves. Kinda little joke. He automaticallly passes people when he laps them. Lapped everyone 2 times so far at El Capitan.
 
I've named my B-Spec driver "Eddie". He has ruined my 100% win ratio but he's starting to get decent now, I still need to watch his ass so he doesn't go off the track, but he's getting better now.

I'm trying to get his skill up as high as I can, but it annoyes me that he can't race rallies.

Bizzo doesn't. She just rides behind the lappers for 2 or more laps. I just keep her on "overtake" so there's no question. Her racing line sucks regardless, so it doesn't matter if she's off by a few more feet at the apex.
 
mi B-spec guy is called B-spec.
i have more b-spec skills than a-spec points.
i use b-spec for almost everithing except on the cources that i really like, like infineon, etc...
mi b-spec guy is very good but some times he is REALLY STUPID. i know that they have artificial inteligense but that doesnt mean braking on a straight or else...

that´s all about him...
 
starangely, my B-Spec driver is amazing! i have left him in an opel astra touring car in the DTM racke and set the pace to 5 and overtake, and set speed to 3x. he has just beat a merc clk-gtr by 1 min 3 seconds!! oh btw, hes called jesus.....

and he never crashes
 
S/he hasn't got a name. All I know is s/he used to like the camera, but after one lap of Tskuba s/he said my camera worked sucked and walked out on me.

S/he is never driving my S2000 again.

Prounounced: "Hey Zeus!" if he's South American.

Trust me, he crashes. Take him to the 'Ring in pretty much anything over 400HP and watch him on 1x, not from the 3x race manager screen. You will barely be able to hear it if your playing on 3x.

:D I checked up on mine one day to find her backwards in the F1 off the track. :ouch:
 
I never really thought my Bspec'r was all that until i set him on the 24hr enduro. Now i respect his skill - he got the best lap time, and i couldnt beat it when i tried in A spec. He also managed to last a lap longer than me on the same tyres, but it is quite hard to be smooth on the brakes and accelerator with just a controller.
 
My co-driver is Mark Lovell, i admit hes way better then me, with about 7500 B spec points he kicks ass , with 5 on overtake he takes anyone , he goes around them, only about 3 times has he hit anyone but i could understand that going 200mph and then takeing a sharp turn and being in back of 4 cars. but other then that , i can call him a pretty perfect driver,maybe its just the way i tell gim to race. im always in last in the first lap to see how fast the other cars are, then on the second lap i overtake all of them on fast, then to push! , and then to cruise.
 
Mine is called "Bill Gates" coz i use him to get me filthy rich, im not sure on the specifics regarding his stats and so on but he quite a good driver, i stick him on level 5 and he only comes a cropper on the nurb 1 lol good lad.

yeh drives pretty well, hesitates a bit overtaking, best with 4wd cars, not too hot on infineon.
 
My B spec driver is called FEDrMKIII he has over 8000 points and is much better than me. However this does not stop him being stupid on one race he was in 1st place and pitted about 50 feet from the finish line. He came in 5th place...

Luckily I was one lap ahead.

Laguna Seca is the only track where you can not prevent the b-spec idiot from pitting, because the CPU gives the pit stop command one second before the pit lane begins.
 
I don't have a lot of respect for my b-spec driver when it comes to short races or championships (I'll explain later), but he does make a handy co-driver in the endurance races. Last night he won the 1000km Suzuka run for me :D

Now, about those championships...
I generally like to switch off with my "co-driver" between races in the championships. However, I had to put a stop to this when he almost compromised "our" victory at the GT World Championship. Driving the black Toyota GT-One, he just couldn't run with the 787B, R92, R89, or even the Chaparral 2J. The Camaro LM even gave him a run on some courses! I ended up winning by a single point in the overall championship, with a 6-second victory over the R92 on La Sarthe.

For this, I feel that he deserves to be stabbed, beaten with a monkey wrench, set on fire, rolled down a hill in a leaking Civic, and left for dead.

but I think after he gets done with the 24 hour nurb he will have some experience.... 👍
 
I currently have "Eddie" driving around Nurb in the 24 hour race, I will soon take over for a stint or two but he's doing good.

He helped me win the 1000km of Suzuka this morning, he was doing pretty well on 5, but he started losing concentration and spinning so I had to set him back to 4 untill his last pit stop, then I took over and killed the field. But he has the advantage in endurance, he can consistanly lap decent time on crap tires, very helpful 👍

My guy is at 7040 skill, 80,73,71 or something like that.

How did that one guy get like 115 battle skill points? That's crazy...
 
I'm not even gonna use it for the Nürburgring 24 Hour Le Mans.

I just wanna be able to say I did it.


Also, if my Playstation screws up for any reason what so ever, I will seriously take an arc welder to it or burn it in some public area, or even worse: smash it over some bum's head, or pee on it while it's plugged in.

Anything beyond five hours and I'll make certain it dies.


As for B-Spec, I've never used it, but I will be making a new section on my website pretty soon called "B-Spec Tuning," with the records and pictures and settings of specific cars that I opted to choose as "Project Cars," tuned to specific standards.

Even settings like drift, and JGTC.

Also some new pictures and videos and other updates, so check back every so often.
