With regards to your other thread that got locked, I wish that rule where we can't name people was revised. We have a right to be informed of ********s and although I've never used PSN's complaints system I can't imagine it being quick. And chances are unless the other person is consistently getting complaints they probably won't do anything.
But as things stand keep complaints in that thread I linked you to above and keep names out, unfortunately.
