I laught at your american built peice of SH:censored:T...The American cars are cheap built and crappy handling.The Skyline is 4WD and the vette is rear wheel drive. On turns the Skyline will smoke it, but the vette can kill it in acceleration and Top speed though

Skyline's have ran 4.6's (quarter mile)
And you should take the ZO6 2001 version (that's the one actually in the game) that on has a little less hp and kcks a little less arse. 'aight?

Yeah..well, actually they're only allowed to advertise with 280hp. Oh, and: SSsssssssshhhht!!
 
the 280hp figure is pure crap... Car and Driver once tested a Subaru 22B, and they found out, thanks to a dyno, that it actually has over 300, apparently closer to 330-350hp... so the Skyline is possibly at 340-360hp too...

and then there's the fact that there are 600hp+ Skylines running on stock internals, much like there are 600hp+ Vettes doing the same, i still say it's pretty equal. Testing them in a game won't give the true results, because it is a game. We need to hire a pro driver, rent a Vette and a Skyline, put them on a track, and see which one comes on top.

Well my opinion is (and wait for the flaming!) that the Corvette is currently America's only true sports car. And it is a damn fine one. BUT, I believe a stock GT-R will always beat a stock Corvette point-to-point every time given drivers of similar abilities. This I base on UK roads. :)
 
Tcdoe - Truenoland? Is that like Legoland just less aerodynamic and tasteful? ;) :D

Truenoland aka. paradise or heaven, it's a place where the streets are like complex string and all the cars are Truenos. It's where all the good guys go when they die. God himself drives a 500bhp Shigeno version with not only a black bonnet but a plastic grill on the rear window aswell :)

Which reminds me, I haven't gotten my daily dose of Trueno driftning yet... HOLY ****! I haven't even turned the PS2 on today.. I've gotta fix this immediately!

The Viper come on man the Viper can kill any vette, including all the sledgehammer and the ZR-1 vette dodge vipers are bigger, better, and faster Remember the ALMS :)

there are a lot more... most are in California, thanks to Motorex... R32s, R33s and R34s.
 
Every time i go to town i see at least 10-20 Skylines, and at least one GT-R.

I've only ever seen 3 GT-R's and they were all R33's.

And the other day there was this awesome white R33 GT-R following me all the way home, and i spent more time looking in the rear vision mirror, than i did looking at where i was going!
