Now that everyone has had some time to get used to the new version how do you guys feel it has effected your tunes. Has the tire load indicator shown any flaws in past setups?

Seconded. 👍

Any car that didn't magically feel better only took some slight tweaks to make it feel better anyway.

everyone knows the update made the cars feel better, but i was wondering about the tweaks. Were they suspension related or camber toe?

Finding that my old camber settings are a bit excessive now, dampers have changed slightly, and that's about it.

Mostly suspension. The spring rates and dampers had to be tweaked on some cars.

They always were a bit excessive.

Finding the ride height indicator useful. My FGT was too low and my NASCAR was too low at Daytona only. LSD settings still have super powers and everything else is just a fine tune.

I haven't noticed much change at all, if any in regard to tuning.
Might be able to get away with making cars a bit looser, as it seems easier to catch, but any differences are minor.

lol.. that's funny. is that offline/online or both? i refuse to race the nsx online so i never bothered to tune it - hence no comparisons available.

Online my suspension needed a tweek and offline I wouldnt know. I feel slower now but am still doing well in races, weird.

I've had 1 tune that was good before turn into crap in Spec 2.0 - for some reason my RUF RGT '00 tune had to be totally rewritten to get it working right. Once I redid the tune it was as good or better than before, so it didn't make the car itself worse or anything.

Everything else is about the same or slightly better. Online seems more forgiving and offline understeers a little less on average I guess?

hmm thats interesting, do you think its an aero physics change to go along with the slipstream maybe?
I have noticed a massive improvement in aero, especially with the FGT.

I always set my cars up to understeer and change the brake bias during the race so the tires wear evenly. But now I have to dial the cars back to the rear as it chews though the tires like a 'hoon' on a Friday night :indiff:

DEFINITELY an aero change, you know how when you hit about 290 and the front end of the car lifts up, well that doesn't happen anymore, downforce on the whole car itself is more prevalent, just the other day I was doing the Ferrari challenge with my Enzo and I could hardly turn because their was so much down force on the front that wasn't allowing me to turn.
