Maybe it's a fake. A cop just wrote a funny looking ticket. You guys alll noted the funny name of the perp, the fact that he is only getting a $25 fine (thought it may only be an initial deposite). I'm starting to wonder. Plus why wouldn't the person's ticket be their own private property? Is he that dumb to take a picture orooving his insane speeding, though if you are dumb tenough to speed that much you are dumb enough to be proud of it.

The name is funny, however, the ticket reads from 1980. It's now 2005, so with 25 years worth of inflation, I'm sure that price is about right for a speeding ticket.
