Don't know if it's been suggested already but painting the horrible cars darker colors helps

The car models from GT4 intentionally weren't made to the exact measurements of their real counterparts. That's why this happens.

Too lazy to look at the thread and search if the Nissan R390 Road Car was mentioned...

It's exterior is premium and on the inside it has a red...whatchamacallit thing infront of the steering wheel, visible from the outside too, I wonder why that's there...it just looks weird. Oh, it also has red racing seats.

I think you can see the driver in all cars of the game, some standards have more detailed interior than others, like some race cars, that you can see the rollbar and things like that.

Oddly enough, it has a dashboard (though incomplete as you can see the top half) that you see in cockpit view.

The engine in the middle is also visible if you zoom into it.
