Stealth cars for multiple users

I was just wondering whether there is a limit on how many users (on the same system) those stealth cars can be used? I've heard that you can have the cars on up to five different consoles but what about within the same PS3?

All accounts. You could have 345822 accounts and all of them would have the stealth cars.

On the same PS3, I'm thinking it's unlimited.

On different consoles, I read the news that Sony is limiting the DLC and games up to 2 consoles, not 5 anymore starting sometime in mid november.

I have 3 accounts on the same console (2 UK & 1 USA) and all of them auto downloaded the stealths
