We enforce our own penalties. Tru replay reveiw also the game will penalize us sometimes for very minor offences such can really mess a race up for one of us . In a race league there should be no need for the game penalties to be on .we all want to race clean n fair this why I joined scrl so I don't have to worry bout the random racer just spinning me out n. Ruining my race

but Monza is a track where the chicanes make the difference and I'm used to running with penalty and cutting to the limit ..

I mean need a few training with you to understand how to afford without scaring of the replay

1st of all, I want to apologize for missing last nights race. I had a family emergency come up and couldn't make it to the Playstation. Hope the race was ran clean and someone got the results(if not, it could always be made up), as I am curious to hear how it went.

2nd of all, sorry for not getting results up. Have them all ready with pictures, just need to sit down on my PC and upload them.

Lastly, yes Franky, the Monza chicanes are make or break, but so far in SCRL we've had penalties off all season with no problems, none at Trial Mountain, Fuji or Suzuka to name a few of the "cut-able" tracks on the schedule so far. With the honesty of this bunch of racers I don't think cutting will be a problem. If so, we know how to fix it(by adding penalty time onto a 'cutters' total time after the race).
 
I hope all is well with your family my dad ended up in the hospital Thursday afternoon . Race was clean had debate on weather or not to run the race. Kinda came with a idea. If u don't show up we would run the race only if 5 or more racers show up n there aid be like a half hour window to start

Yes everything is good. Hope everything's alright with your dad. Just glad to hear you all took charge and ran it w/o me. I wanted to put something in place to ensure that you all could race even if I miss. It's not just MY league, you regulars ALL have partial management and the better judgment to make calls on and off the track w/o me.

That being said, I only need one more testing session to put up an official Race #18. Like I said a week ago or so I like the idea of a low-pp Nurburgring nordschliefe race, done at night. Maybe low enough to stretch 6 laps out to over 45 minutes in length. The final race is Nurburgring 24h @ 555pp, and I was thinking we could adjust the pp of that race if it seems too similar to Race 18.

Few examples:
Race 18: Nurb Nord. 6 laps @ 460 pp...&
Race 20: Nurb 24h, 8 laps @ 555pp.

Or

Race 18: Nurb Nord. 7 laps @ 530 pp...&
Race 20: Nurb 24h, 9 laps @ 600pp.

Or

Race 18: Nurb Nord. 6 laps @ 495pp...&
Race 20: Nurb 24h, 9 laps @ 580 pp.

Or any different combination of the above, as to not have two very similar races on the schedule. Of the above options I like the 1st set of race parameters the best. Though I kind of like 495pp for the Nordschliefe race, but I don't think a 60pp difference between the two races would be enough to make them feel wholly different.

Opinions anyone?!?... Only 6 days left.
 
About option above to future race 18 and 20, I like the 3rd combination,

I still think my choice will fall on a Japanese compact car ...
 
Hey Earth, I wanna tell you and the guys that I won't be able to make next Saturday race, it's a friend of mine's birthday, so you can put Spa back on the table to race, if you want to. If I don't remember wrong, I'm the only one from SCRL that doesn't have the DLC (correct me if I'm not).

I already posted the Indy Road Course result. Let me know what you think.

Yeah,, the guys who showed up raced that night. So we'll just move along to race #17... If everyone wants, we'll try Spa on Saturday, if not we'll go with Nurburgring Nord.

Usually only 10 or so join, so you'll have a spot on the starting grid Franky @ Monza on Friday(saturday morning for you, I do believe). No problems friend! See you there.

Now I should sleep for a few hours, and set the alarm for half past three at night .. I hope to hear

Cool, yeah you're invited... it's shaping up to be one of the fuller grids of the season, on one of the top 5 tracks of the season too! G/L everyone!

I can not give me peace, pardon everyone again

I spent the week to try the cars , once i choose ZZII , I developed a strategy, medium tires, two changes with medium around 9 and 18 and last at 27 with soft ... I was sure to have a good race, but I'm sure you enjoyed the same ... forgive me

Yeah, I was afraid that's what happened to you Frankie. 4am is very very late to try and wait up for a race. We did start about a half hour later than usual, waiting for you &/or others to join up. No worries mate. Monza was a very good clean race, even if there were a few accidents, & penalties off.

I would enjoy a European division of SCRL(as i hinted at that in the OP), it'd be cool to compare times and results to a 2nd division!... You have my good graces on creating an EU version of SCRL, if you want(one that runs the same races we do, but at a more convenient time for you all across the pond). I'm starting to find out its a lot of work to keep up with such a demanding seasons' workload of stats, so help would be optimal.

Recently I've been super busy with home improvements, work, friends, family and just life in general(& extra tired), but I haven't forgot SCRL. I look forward to the races all week long, and really enjoy them(regardless of where i finish when the checkered flag drops) as it gives me all the GT I need for a(the) week. Don't think I've forgotten about the results, even though I'm a few weeks backed up on them, I plan on getting them up before the final race weekend of season 1 that is coming up, so that everyone can see where they stand for the final two races.

I have some friends from Europe that would probably like to join in on the fun. I'll send them a message about it and see what they think.
I've raced in endurance races with some of them before, but, they always had trouble making race times because of the time difference. So if it is in there time zones, they would probably love to join in.

Dang.. Awesome race(what I caught part of).... Spa, love that track. I'll put T. O. in for 5th and I'll take 6th. Wish I could have competed the whole race! Looked to be one of the closest races yet. Looking forward to the closing weekend!
 
I realize that behind this league is a great job, thanks Earth for what you do and thanks to those who helped .. alone i would not be able to create and maintain a European section of SCRL, but with the help of a few friends would be simple .. i joined by a few months gtp and still know a few people, but I will start to spread the word ... soon, on the tracks
