Sorry for my late reply, but I just go back from Spain... (+16 and sunny in Barcelona, -16 and snow when I landed here in Sweden).

I say we stick with the previously announced rules for Sundays race, but for next weeks race we agree on a new set of rules regarding PP.

It would not be fair to those who have been testing and tuning all week to have to change car because of a last minute rule change.

We could discuss how the new rules should be and have a test race or tow on Monday just to gain experience. That way we will know, not guess how it would work. Thats the most fair to everyone according to me.

Everyone ok with that?

If you intend to use power and weight and not PP you better specify that cars MUST run full hp. Without PP limits some cars will be god cars.

Keep in mind this is a little group of racers, participating in this particular series of events, not manly for beating everyone, no-matter what, but for good, clean, fair and fun racing.
If someone here were to show up tomorrow with a car not even close to a GT300 machine he will have to change car, if he wont change I'll kick him from the room and series, it's not more to it than that.

Although, as I said earlier we shall of course implement PP, but we'll do that with at least one test race before the main event.

I haven't even had the chance to drive a single meter after the new update, nothing anything since Tuesday so I don't have any first hand experience with how 1.06 affects things. Before I do some testing my self I can only listen to what people are saying, but not do any real and fair judging based upon it.

If anyone is awake I'm opening a room soon for some well needed practice.

ZyBeR i can help with pics.

I love to take pics from this online races. I'm now taking some of a race i did yesterday. :sly:

one quick question are you guys using hp like in the US standard or the British standard? Makes a big difference.. In practice mode I seem slow with laps in the 1:47 range on the toyko track..

I agree but just to avoid misunderstandings and unnessary last second car changes, let's say up front that any car that wouldn't qualify before the update can't be used in this event. Fair enough.

Standard for what? I wasn't aware that the game had any variations for region other than km/mi.

Keeping mind I'm mediocre... My test laps are in the 1:44 range, with occasional flashes of brilliance in the 1:43s. This is with 4 or 5 different cars.

hello everyone last night my network was fine again some new changes your bob can race against mine, bougth the autobacs arta gariya , see you tomorrow

Is everyone using the car they used last week or changes that were stated before the update?

Run whatever car you like as long as it would have qualified before the update. I think I'm going with the Wedsport Celica this week.

Race room is open for qualifying!

If you are not on the drivers list, please.... Do not join!

Two free spots. Someone (you know who) drove like it was you first time, please do not join us until you practiced some more.

8min to race start!! :)

I just got disconnected from the lobby and I was in first place. Grim! Sorry about the first corner everyone. I was too concerned with not bumping the two guys I was between I forgot to brake. Went from 15th to 1st and my internet disconnected. :'(. Oh well its all part of the glorious rollercoaster of internet gaming.

Please don't kick me out! I will do better, I swear! ;)

I had a great race with Cobrius. I lost the lead group on lap 2 when I braked too late in turn 1 and had to dig myself out of the tire barrier. I had been running in the draft and was going a BIT faster than I thought. :dunce:

Please allow my to cast my vote early for Nurburgring GP/F for next week. :D

Addressing the PP issue... Seems most were running 598 or close. I still think 590 is our sweet spot. But if we say 595 or 600 I won't cry TOO much... :(

Good racing guys.
Had some fun battles in the begining, but i race really bad:ouch:.
Poor walls. I think i hit them all during practice and race:tdown:.
I hope i do better next week.

Off to try to sse Daytona 500.
I hopr the stream holds the entire race. :sly:

Had another great race, my main battle this week was with El_Aliens69, i couldn't keep up with RFLX_Niop in the Weds Sport Celica who was slowly pulling away the whole race.

Looking forward to more, if we are voting on the next track i'd like to vote for Fuji F to keep inline with the GT300 theme.
