Thanks guys I appreciate that. To be honest maintaining the league is easier and more fun than searching through the online lobby looking for a good race. Have you guys been on there lately? Ugh...GT5 is my favorite game but it could definitely improve its online gaming.

I've cleaned up the website a bit and added a new page. Hopefully it will make the site a little less cluttered and easier to use.

DJ, as we talked yesterday while STi v Evo, I may be able to join Friday around 9:30 pm ET. No need to change the time on my behalf if that is inconvenient for everyone else, as it is not 100% I can be there at 9:30 pm.

Well, its up to the guys. I can go at that time. What does everybody else think?
I'll post the question to the guys on our website also

Not a problem for me. I would rather have everyone there racing so it will be fair. I don't like missing a race. Add me up if anyone does have me yet. psn is to the left.

So true dude.

Thanks, Ryce and Logan. I should be able to make it with 95% certainty at 9:30 pm ET.

By the way, I will be in my Lounge tonight for some practice runs if anyone is interested. Probably around 8 to 8:30 pm ET.

I am running the same STi I used for our first race. It is Lavender with Matte Pink wheels. Anyone planning to use the EVO?

That's not a problem at all for me. A little more time for much needed practice. Great pics again, DJ.

Thanks logan! If I could upload the replay to youtube I would post that too but apparently GT5 can't do that...yet.

I'm still debating on the car. On one hand I've always been an EVO supporter since first reading about them in Sports Compact Car but that new Subaru hatchback has really caught me eye. I think I'm gonna practice today and see how it goes. I think i'll join snoops practice session tonight and decide for sure.

If I can I'd like to join in on the practice session. Will you post room info here, or should I check your lounge?

Xonant, probably in lounge since we will be practicing. We can go open a public room for some racing too later. I forgot that I am leaving work early today, so will open the lounge earlier. Will post it here.

Sounds good, I'll check in later.

Should have the lounge up soon. Doing some remote B spec right now.

Ryce, can we trade for one of your ticket 1000? Anything you want? I do not have a lot of cars or paint, but if you need something I will check if I have it.

just bought a laptop stand from biglots. Its juuuuuust good enough to use my gtforce wheel on! So if you see me all over the place in practice thats because i'm getting used to the wheel.

Nice. Try a tv tray also. I got the wheel stand pro recently. It is pricey but worth it.

In lounge now.

Sorry I took so long I just got in now. I had to run some errands. :irked: I hate errands when all i got on my mind is trying out my wheel.

Snoopy I will gladly trade for any car that I am missing from my collection. Anything that you have that I don't, I will gladly trade.

Ryce, your GT5 garage is filled with cars. Thanks for the free ticket! Which Korean car are you looking for? I will keep a lookout for it. If I do not see it, do you want me to send you the F40 so you can sell it or I can send you some Matte pink.

Back to topic, I am going with the Mitsu Lancer T.M. edition (the premium) instead of the Subaru.

:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Steering wheel driving me nuts...need more practice...

I tried racing my EVO (same as yours snoopy i think) and on the straight my wheel would go back and forth non stop. I could not get the car to go straight. I adjusted everything i could and no fix.

I switched to the subaru and problem gone. WTF? Even with the problem gone I still am at least 5 seconds slower than I was with the Dual Shock.

Hey Snoopy. I'd rather get a car I need rather than getting the F40 and selling it. I need one Korean car to complete the Korean section, IS 200 GT-1 Race Car '04 and I need two French cars to complete France, 205 Turbo 16 Rally Car '85 and Clio Renault Sport 2.0 16V '02. Would love to get my hands on these.

DJ You got to hold the wheel with a firm grip and steady on the straights. When I go past 400 Km/h with the x1 on a straight my steering wheel goes hay wire because of the force feedback. I literally have to get a grip and hold on tight to keep it straight lol. I tried turning the Force feedback off but I don't like when the steering wheel goes loose. So I would rather fight it at 400 km + than turn the feedback off. But it is strange for an EVO to be doing that, at low speeds. At least for me anyways :-S

Ryce, I will check my garage when I get home today. I know for sure I do not have the IS 200, but the French cars look familiar.

DJ, Ryce is right. You have to hold the wheel pretty firmly. My thumbs get sore sometimes from the grip, ha. Start with force feedback at 5 and go up/down from there.

The Mitsui is fine in a straight line to me. Try changing the toe to 0:0 (default is 0:-0.20). First time I am using the Active Yaw Control. It is different. I may try some more practice today to tune the understeer out but hopefully not get into oversteer.

You will be slower with the wheel initially, but faster after you adjust. Regardless, it is more like driving with the wheel.

I missed a well needed training session last night.

My little guy was not feeling well.

I'm loving every detail of GT5 but car tuning is kicking my but.

I think I've spent 3-4 hours this week trying different tunes but can't settle on anything that fits my driving style :dopey:

Oh well, back to the drawing board, hopefully I can join the race tonight, it depends on if the little guy is feeling well.

Race is tomorrow night this week!

Oh and I hope your little guy feels better. My 4yr old girl woke up with a cough and my stepdaughter with a cough and fever
