Does this race rain all the way through or is it random
Also will my tires change to dry in the pits if it stops raining and pit strategy is turned off

All the way through. Reset until its dry or you'll tack on 2 hours driving in the rain.

It actually changes..
I've done this many times (yeah I'm on the grind to 32..) but it does change within the race randomly.
Your driver will pit from Rain to Inters then eventually Inters to Dry tires so you don't have to worry about it
