Dry as a bone for me. Was good seeing the weather change though. Sun get appearing and disappearing behind the clouds.

why rain, exit and enter the event till it is sunny - thats what i did and it stayed dry for start to finish

What car is it in?

9 hours=540 minutes... that's over 3 minutes per lap. Surely not!

Minolta and yeah it's slow in the rain. Even with the FGT. My bob won by some ridiculous margin (Like 70 laps?). AI was driving 40-50 mph for the most part. They'd only go fast down the front straight.

Ah... missed the B-Spec bit. Everthing is suddenly clear :D

If you're B-specing it then the race will be 9+ hours total... I know because I did it once out of curiosity.
Doing it for the 3rd time in B-spec now and this time it is raining/cloudy.
But it made no difference to time, will be about 4 hours.
The x1 doesnt slow down for rain, in fact with the air being more dense it may be faster.
best lap time 1:10 so far. currently on 156 laps 3 hours 40mins.

I was gunning for the X1 until yesterday. Then I lost interest in enduro's (and I'm not doing any challenges yet). Probably be around Friday before I get to level 35 (and I'm currently level 33/32 bspec/aspec). I'll bspec a 9 hour enduro every night until it gets unlocked.

I spend most of my game time playing two other accounts. It's more fun to race for a few minutes and win a car than it is to play for HOURS on end and winning a car. Don't know if I'll ever see lvl40 because I'm not running 24 hours of Lemans 6 times.

Are rain tires very important for B-Spec?

I´ve been doing the Dream Car Championship several times in A-Spec without rain tires and I only get 1-1,5 minutes slower time than in sun, but Bob did the first lap on Nürburgring in 17 (?!) minutes, compared to my 8,5-9 minutes.

EDIT: I now realise why he want to pit all the time

it rained halfway (or more like 1/4) through the race. i more or less have no choice but to continue or lose all that time i've spent. all in all, it took my Bob around 7hours to complete it with my Stealth R10.

Rain tyres are needed, unless you have the x1, it does just fine on the soft slicks.
And remember to use softs instead of hard, as the tyre wear is bugged i think softs don't wear out any quicker. i wont be updating online GT5 until i have completed the endurance races with soft tyres, as they will probably patch and fix it.

Exit and re-enter until it's sunny.

Thanks for the Tip , just sent the Bob's out in the Minolta and it was Raining .

Guess what I forgot to change the Tyres to Wets :dunce:

Only 1 Lap in Quick Exit and Re-start and its dry and Bob seems happier

Me aswell 👍

Was raining heavy for me also (A spec), finally stopped lap 144, I probably should have restarting the race until it was dry as the rain probably cost me 1.5-2 hours more driving time.

If you click on them it should say "can't play until LVL 25" (paraphrased). Anyways that's your answer, LVL25.

He can't click on them because the menu for them doesn't appear until level 25 either.

Put my level 8 bob in the FGT car now at Suzuka 172 lap thing...
7 laps an he his exhausted, but he have managed to lap the other cars...
I guess this is the best experience race for bob?
I did select 10% strength pit.

I love how you see the tires on the FGT get grey when he is outside the track, and getting darker/black again when he drives on the track.

I put mine Bob in X1 2010, only 4:30 minutes on dry but when is first dry and then rainy so the total time is 4 minutes longer. But yest i was surprised to discover that he finished that race in rainy conditions when he started with dry but kind of cloudy weather.

Used my X1 and a Lvl 33, and 3 Lvl 30 drivers. Finished it in 4hrs, 13 mins in teh dry. Did it again with the same drivers in the rain, 5 and a half hours -.-

Did not set an Auto Pit-In Strength, just let them get the tyres/fuel low enough for them to pit it themselves, lets the other drivers rest up more.
