Do you want to share your setting for T300RS? Please, make sure you specify PS4 because other hardware have different setup.

My settings are

All deadzone = 0

The rest = 100

FFB 125%
Self torque 15%
I left all the rest 150%

What settings did you use on the T300RS in order for it to work properly?While my wheel has force feedback in Driveclub,it has zero ffb in Dirt Rally.The wheel won't go back to the centre no matter how much I turn it...Even tried the settings suggested by Thrustmaster but in vain.Would you mind giving me thorough guidelines on how to JUST make the wheel have force feedback?(I did switch on 'Vibration & Feedback' and follow what Thrustmaster told us to do,but maybe I was doing it wrong...)

I've given up trying to get a good FFB for DiRT Rally until Codemasters issues a patch for this obvious bug for T300 wheel users on PS4. The best feel I get is by setting self aligning torque to 90% and everything else to 150%. All these settings were set AFTER carrying out wheel calibration and NOT using the Thrustmaster preset profile.
The only other change I made was to the steering angle saturation. I've set this to 85% instead of the 100% setting as i find it gives better control of the cars without having to input as much steering lock, especially on the older cars. This was set after calibration with soft lock option ON. These settings give ME a reasonable FFB and may not be to everyone else's taste, but may help anyone have a kind of baseline to make their own personal tweaks to !
The Codemasters forums have quit a few thread complaining about FFB issues, one of which is this one :
http://forums.codemasters.com/discussion/41002/ps4-force-feedback-bug-t300-has-terrible-ffb#latest
Hopefully, Codies devs have been made aware of this and are working on it ?

Having brought the game again on digital as my disc broke! I am getting back in to this great Rally game again.
From the start and even after the patch I have never found the right settings after many hours of trying all sorts of settings and compared to other games the FFB or 'centre' of the wheel always felt empty and loose and the rotation with no FFB at all and this actually put me off playing it all for months apart from the odd game on DS4.

Well this week being off I for one found out the DS4 isn't actually bad as standard on most cars and got in to it and thought I would try the wheel but no such luck again following all the advice on CM/TM websites and trawling other sites. Thanks to Mr @imported_rik19 he advised not to touch anything and just kept it as Thrustmaster but reduce the rotation much more.

10 awesome races later I have found the best FFB and settings for the T300RS wheel now..Cheers Rik!:cheers:

I was messing too much with the soft lock, friction, slip etc!:ill:

So if any of you guys with a T300RS are struggling to get a good feel for the tracks and roads try to set Thrustmaster wheel settings (standard) then go to Calibrate device but only rotate so it says 50% then the 90deg turn make 200deg only! I was putting 1080 deg all the time after all sites say do this..

Give it a go and see if makes a difference. I now think the FFB is as strong as AC/Pcars and the rotation so much more fluid and I can make the hairpins in a nice turn!

I'm glad I found this out as this has transformed the game night and day for me!:cheers:

@BrainsBush This makes a big difference to the centre pull of the wheel especially on cambers and jumps/landings and now driving is so much better for me too on T300RS, glad it helped :cheers:

I am back to playing Dirt Rally... I have been messing with the settings and find these to work well.

If it is an older car 60s or 70s I change the steering saturation down to 40-50% basically trying to get it closer to 500 deg rotation. This helps with the week FFB on the older cars a bit.

Self Aligning Torque = Modern cars & 90s cars 100% old cars 60s-70s 135% or more (I don't drive the others much but it is easy to adjust this and Saturation using the shakedown before the rally starts)

Wheel Friction = 15%

Tire Friction = 100%

Suspension = 135% depending on how much road bumps you want - I have been lowering this.

Tire Slip = 50% - I have been raising this to find where I like it.

Engine = 100%

Collision = 100% -

Soft Lock = 100% and no higher, any higher the wheel bounces off the soft lock.

Steering Center Force = 0% - I do not like it to auto center

I'll add my T150 settings in here as well:
