Man I always love looking at what you have to say. It makes me feel really flattered, and at the same time, that people actually enjoy my work as much as I do. I have you to thank for that, Jeremy, really. :) 👍

You're very welcome Jaden, thx for sharing such beautiful pics, you're one of my main inspiration here

What a coincidence, I watched The Great Gatsby just around when you put up this set Jaden! Though honestly, I was quite disappointed with how the story unfolded, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and that the movie lacked a certain punch, I must agree with you on it being Visual porn.

I'm certainly not here to review the movie
Your entire set is glorious, though Empyreal Ruby and Lapis Lazuli stand out for me. Has added quite a bit to my "inspiration" section too. The lighting coupled with the color and detail, is pure orgasmic. Love it 👍

I read the book The Great Gatsby last year ofr school. It was so boring.

If you want top quality work, if you are afraid of disappointment, come here and dive and explore the fullsize watch path, pictures titles are nicely chosen, everything is enjoyable. Bravi Jaden 👍

I might be a bit late but that set is simply stunning . My favourites have to be the R8 (love the colour) and the F1 (I especially love this one). Amazing job Taiga .

Well: 👍:bowdown::bowdown: My favourite: the Audi! But the others are equally amazing!

Thanks GTracer!

Fantastic set is all I have to say. I especially like the atmosphere captured in the McLaren shot.

Thanks mazda787!

Thank YOU, for encouraging me to go on. Seriously thanks, man. You're a friend. ;)

I agree with you there, the story's pretty lackluster although I did feel the performance of the cast was pretty good.
The visuals and the soundtrack of the movie though, is orgasmic.
Thanks rambo!

Haven't read the book myself, but the movie didn't have too solid a plot.

Thanks for such high praise, Herve, you're one of the very good photographers here too, you know? :)
Really glad you like my work.

Thanks hgrf! Better late than never! I'd thought a bright orange would work against the dark backdrop.

Preview of the next:

Little wallpaper I made for the phrase "folie a deux". It's made for my laptop screen though, so fullsize's just 1366x768.

Herve x Jaden

Red Mist

I've always been intrigued by Herve's (HaerBev) panoramas and how amazing they look.
He has these 2 up for free edits on Flickr and though I might give them a go.
He provides such quality photos with such large resolution that Red Mist's .psd file took me 400mb alone. :scared:
But damn I gotta say, I really had fun editing his shots, not because the cars were amazing or anything,
but his shooting was already nigh perfect to begin with. Thanks, Herve.

Very nice work on hervé's panorama. Great use of light in the first and the second one offers a very original work which completely change the photo 👍

And of course, especially as a french, I can't wait for the "folie à deux" ;)

The last two shots in which you worked on herve's panoramic shots made me speechless. The showings of contrast of brighter tones with shadings and the stretching glow of tail lamps are all kicked up to top notch. 👍

And I can't have patience till the next "folie a deux" set gets unveiled either.

Excellent work Jaden, soft and efficient wallpaper, the true French words are "Folie à Deux" :)

Thanks to you for taking time to edit, and enhance these panoramas, loving the toning and effects added like flares and glowing sun, the shiny SLS and raging tiime attack F40.

I'm really plased to read you kind words, I didn't thought that you were enjoying my work. This is nice to see your skills applied this way, sending the original work to another dimension. I want to meet you online when GT6 will be out ^^

Bravo et merci à toi Jaden

These 2 edits of Hervé's pics are AWESOME! The light in the SLS shot and the flares on the F40 are just perfect.

Thanks NB! Glad you like it.

Thanks Jeremy, you have to wait no longer!

Red Mist is awesome as the original. Well done. Both.

Thanks yamalen!

Haha, I'm sorry if I seemed to have distorted your language. I saw this off the album of FOB and I thought it fit real well with this set. :)
You're welcome, and yes, your photos are very intriguing and interesting, I do enjoy it a lot. I'll want to meet you online too. GT6 it is. :)

A Madness Shared By Two

Folie a Deux

A madness shared by two, a dream combined.
Folie a deux.

Superb editing man! I really am digging how you underlined the heavy contrast of gradation and the intense sense of motion which yields the entire showing of the photos a masterly punch in it - well of worth to be showcased as precious galleries of meritorious caliber. 👍

In the sixth shot, I appreciate how you panned the car chugging along from right to left and the dense contrast of shading at the point the the car is just about to traverse to the other side.

As for the seventh one the sense of speedy scene is already of bonafide quality - and the way you sharpened the picture with plain radial editings.

and eventually, with respect to the last piece of SLR Mclaren and Mclaren F1 the contrast of sharpness between the foreground and the background scene is appreciable and the vignette effect in the back kinds give that a cinematic air. :)

As to expected the editing and in particular the toning is super great Jaden. Shot 1 is very nice with the smoke trail. Number 2 is a interesting elevated angle, it works well. The tunnel shot is awesome with both cars aligned in the light. And I really like the last 3 also. Just wonderful display of variety and creativity in the whole set. Bravo. 👍

Always a pleasure to view your work. :)

Terrific grading. I like the style of this set; high contrast with a lot of softness. They are interesting photos to look at. Numbers two, five, and ten are my favorites of the group. They are very unique. 👍

Coming in this gallery is like going in one of my favorite restaurants, I never know what I will take / have in advance but I'm sure it will be great :)

Once more this set is full of awesome pics Jaden. The whole set has a crazy light, flirting with the surexposition, always to the limits but never off. With the adapted toning it gives the set a very special touch. In few words the edit work on light, toning, composition and "special effects" is close to perfection.

The smoke in the first ("And It Strikes") and the third ("Garnet") looks so real ! These two pics are insane, the sense of motion is incredible (due mainly to the composition) and I love the way you've altered the toning.

"Blighted Shadows" offers a composition's masterclass, just a pefect use of this tunnel light and shadows. There are so many pics which have been taken in this part of the track, but this is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

I also like a lot the two ones with the car emerging from the shadows of this tunnel ("Out" & "Seduce"). The work on contrast is on top to suggest this feeling of extracting yourself from the darkness.

"Aquamarine" is a good reason to use the "black arrow" expression in replacement of "silver arrow" ;) Love this one too, the tonning, the contrast are superb in it.

"Bridge of Glass" and "A Madness Shared By Two" are just beautiful and show us the beauty of these two cars.

That's an other great set Jaden, definitly a real pleasure to come here ! The dinner was, once more, a gastronomic one and your "Michelin de la photographie" three stars are more than deserved :)

Kodje pretty much told everything. My english don't allow me to write what I think (in portuguese)...

The only little thing that "bogs" me is the license plat on the McLaren. In some shots you took it and in others you didn't. But off course this is "a nothing" on this INSANE set.

The heavy editing in this set really packs a mean punch.

Thanks crow!

Beautiful editing as usual. The whole set is amazing, but "Blighted Shadows" is without a doubt my fave.

Thanks NB! I like that one very much too.

Gorgeous shots, Jaden. I'm really liking the post-editing you've applied here. 👍

Thanks Nenad, glad you like them.

Thanks lilmann. I particularly like how the high contrast still allowed the softness to shine through in this set. :)

simple and nice. i like it

Thanks geatle.

Thanks zzz_pt, glad you found them to your liking. I only cover the license plate in black for those pictures that have too much a glare off the plates to cover in white. Either that or plates that have the words too obscured to read go unedited too.

Teaser of the next:

I forgot to mention ShaolinMasta in the previous set, he's the driver of the SLR!

Faved some of the new shots already and really looking froward to see more.
Also the previous set is definitely great. It's amazing to see that you're still producing quality work at such a high rate!👍

I can't await to see his subsequent works if he's still carrying on lugging in some entitled with "folie a deux". :sly:

Thanks for the interest guys, figured I'd keep you guys waiting no longer since I already uploaded them onto flickr. Thanks to Ilya (ShaolinMasta) for being the driver of the SLR!

Seduction

folie a deux: The Art of Seduction

Drawing you in with its hot sweetness and destroying you afterwards with its blinding warmth.
Stare if you dare. ;)

The final act awaits.

Miraculous one you came up with right here - the clarity of the images, the approach of angles, exposure and the vivid toning on the car are spot on. 👍

Pretty nice, it certainly compliments Ilya's set. Has a very similar feel overall. I like the richness of car gloss and colour intensity. And of course some solid compositions.

My favs are 1,2,4 & 7. 👍

No worries Jaden, French is sometimes a quite complex language :)

Yes more more more of this Folie à deux, watching these pictures is like when I'm going to Paris and spending some time to watch the Place Vendome jewelry stores, shiny as diamonds, a blue sapphire and a red ruby. Titles are nicely chosen .Time to enter the store and steal all the jewels, or downloading each pic in order to watch them on tv :)

Here's the higher level, when we can't choose a fav and loving everything.

A pleasent window-shopping for sure
