You can play the demo online with Silver membership, but not the full game. It's so Silver members can experience what they're missing out on without the Gold and hopefully buy Gold as a result.

I'm not confirming this anymore, but after a more in-depth talk with an OXM person (finally), when he read minus the monthly fee because of MOOR, he meant he and his colleg where playing against each other with no fee.

He said he wouldn't surprised if this was changed for the final game though.

I can't see Microsoft allowing non-Gold members to race online, after all that is what the Gold service is there for.

I think that the original plans were to allow Silver members to play MMOs for free, but I don't know if they followed through or not.

I don't know. MS' website states MMO game are open to anyone.

But the rebutel is that it's MOOR, not MMO, even though any idiot knows MOOR is based on MMO-gameplay.

Anyways, MS apparently said I used my 1 month free gold, so I'll beopen to any PGR3 games this weekend.:)

It probably activates the Gold account when you sign up, not whenever you'd like to take it.

As for MMO v. MOOR, MMOs are usually online-only games with no single player mode. TDU will have an offline mode, which may be the deciding factor.

By this time next week, UK and US people will be able to play each other in the full version of TDU.

It's the same price as every other damn new 360 game over here, the UK get's shafted again. It's almost half that for the PC version.

yes but look at the price of TDU compared to this. It's supposed to be $20 cheaper, not $20 dearer.Anyway i'm so glad the f1 os in and not just the f1LM.Never really liked the LM.Always enjoyed taking the Normal F1 in black for a spin in Hot pursuit 2, and still do quit often.

How is that cheesy? It describes what the game is about with a catchy acronym.

TDU is MOOR. Massively Open Onling Racing. ;)

yes i no but the guy just sounds really...cheesy.You probly don't notice in america because most things seem to be a bit like that(sorry for any offence, just my veiw).

Listen guy, listen guy. I have an annoucement.

Test Drive Unlimited SUCK!!

This is what I think of the game after 2 hours of gameplay.

I didn't know we were allowed to say games sucked without ever playing them now. I guess Forza 2 is going to suck then.....
