Alright I am going to come out and say this now. I don't want events to be left up to me. Its not fair that I have to be the only person to make choices. If you wanna battle then battle who is to say you can't? Your leader doesn't have to be apart of ecery single choice the team makes. That is why we have a team manager he manages the team. I created this team to be exactly what it is a team. That means the team makes choices to. This thread is open for everything so make use of it. I work all day and night most times all the way till 10pm that's 730 to 10 add it up. That is moving up to 10,000+ pounds on a truck. Let's be a team and stop relying on just one person for everything. And that is not in anyway trying to be rude.

Honestly you might as well shut this team down because its pointless to have a team that pretty much i rep on my own. I get your busy so am i i have a family work and school to take care of but i make time for the team. Ask anyone who knows me they know i always enter rooms a rep. As of now i am letting you know i am dropping from the team.

I am sorry jdiaz but I didnt expect you to rep our team or any of that. I expected everyone to work together and just have some fun like I said above I don't have to be apart of every thing going on. I warned everyone that I was going to be busy and informed everyone that I was sick for a week and everyone just got all pissed off about it. But if I have to be around every day in order for people to have any fun at all or be a team then yeah I will shut this whole thread down because I am not going to be able to get on every single day. My body is just warped after 13+ hour long shifts. So I guess I am just going to shut the team down. My vision was obviously to far fetched because the point of the team was to have fun make friends and be a team.

Good luck. Your list of rules looks like a low blow to some of your old team members Don't blame them if they want to be more organized. Racing every other day with people on your team brings them together as friends who help each other out, which your team lacked. My words are not meant to be mean at all. You work a lot and that's a good thing, making that cash is the best After Andrew left for hydro, it might have been in your best interests to make Jdiaz the leader till your work settles down and you were back. Just my two cents and I wish you the best on building a new TRG

Thanks for the reply. Well at first that was the goal. I was always working and jdiaz was the one I knew could run the team and manage it so that's what I did. But then work became too extreme and I ended up getting pretty sick and just wasn't on for a bit and everyone went crazy and started quitting. So now that I got out of that job and am trying to find something more part time and do some school here and there I want to make this a fun experience for all of my team members. Jdiaz had this vision in his head that he had to rep the team every single chance he got but that isn't what I wanted for the team, it's not supposed to be a job it's supposed to be fun.I guess I just wasn't the right leader for them in the end. Either way, I am trying to shape it up the way I envisioned the team to be from the start.

I left because i wanted to be part of a TEAM not just an person by myself repping my team. I was never asking permission to race other team i had ask you so you could partake in what we were doing as a whole. I know you were busy like most of us but i still made the effort to put our name out there even if i had to do it alone. I got fed up with that crap because we were suppose to be a team. I thank hyper for giving me the chance to be a part of something instead of just ridin solo reppin a team that basically didnt exist. One thing you have to understand no former members are going to rejoin i remade this team and i am pretty sure you know that none of the old members really knows who you are. I have no grudge on you bro at the end of the day its a game thats all. Hope all works out for the best.

You still don't understand my point of view on this jdiaz. You were trying to be a one man deal for this team, I never expected that out of you. If you were going after something extremely serious you joined the wrong team to begin with. I didn't want people repping the team that wasn't what the team was about. I didn't want you to "re create" this team. People quit and I made you the manager so you could recruit people. You didn't have to go through lobbies all day long talking about the team it isn't what's important. And there is no way I can participate in everything that goes on so I didn't expect anyone to ask me if they could go race the strips people can do that on their own. The job was a lot more crazy then you probably think it was. I got home almost every night close to midnight and pretty much crashed. Then when the weekend came up it was just as busy because I had a whole bunch of other stuff to do. It's good that you don't hold a grudge but you put yourself in a position that no one else made you go through man. And I am not saying that to be a d!ck. Honestly as long as I had a group of people who got on every once in a while and dragged it out and played with one another, I could give a rats a$$ if anyone knows the name TRG.
