I drive through there everyday. Can be really beautiful some mornings. But others, like this morning, I could barely see where I was going. So much rain!

I am originally from Mosgiel just outside Dunedin. This was taken from the top of my parents house there.

I now live in Plimmerton and drive to Paraparaumu for work. That's my car sitting there.
Image is a bit grainy as it was too dark. I don't have a very good photo editing program.

Good photo too. Sunset over the ocean makes for good photographic material.

Here is another one I got of the sun setting behind smoke from a forest fire. It is taken looking through the same trees as the ones in the bottom right of my Mosgiel dusk shot.

It is pretty cool. she has a lot of stuff like this. One of her series I like the most is one where she emulates pictures from when someone was just a baby or a child, but with that exact same person in the present, and everything else tries to be as accurate as possible, whether it's the clothes, the scenery, and even down to the post processing of the image, to make it look exactly like the original picture. 👍
