F-22 pic I took Saturday at CAFB. Other than the dust spot on my D-80's sensor, I think it turned out pretty cool.

That looks like a video game haha

Fog rolling inland with a light breeze, being disturbed by the large condos and hotels on the seafront.

Its a cool feature I see all the time in California. Its a mixture of coastal and upslope fog. Basically the buildings act the same way mountains do where warm air is carried up a slope and begins to cool down as it rises.

That is a cool pic!

Slightly low that plane, just slightly...

The fog pictures are great too.

The fog and low plane pic are truly unreal!

The plane pic is blowing my mind. Makes me wonder just how close that guy was to losing his head from that...

WOW! My usually fast computer took forever to load that.

Is there a physical poster version of that pic? It is truly amazing!

It's fascinating how Formula one cars have changed.

It's fascinating how Formula one cars have changed.

I'm sure it's possible, but it'd be a pretty huge poster. Very large indeed.

Not every car is there though. The never-started-a-race 1997 Lola is missing, for example. As are the innumerable customer car variations.

That took me forever as well, but totally worth it 👍

Just want to throw this in as well:

"P3-C of VP-4 'Skinny Dragons' at Misawa Air Base."

Why? Because my father was in the Navy and flew the P3-C in VP-4. He also spent some time in Japan (possibly at Misawa), so I'm wondering if this was his plane :)

And the photo is kinda cool...

1968 was the year it all changed radically.

That's one of the best posts I've seen in this thread 👍

Recently found WWII picture of a deck hand saving pilot:

I don't think it'll be that large. Besides, there is a spot on my wall that it'll fit without losing too much attention-to-detail. But one would probably have to slice it up into two posters for the sake of space.

You are true on that. I guess it is only the models that actually raced and is the original copy.

Interesting then, that the Toyota test car of 2001 is included? Haha, it's a 99% perfect poster.

If I had my way, I'd rename some of the models better too. Mp4-10 is just not quite right. MP4/10. Same with the Fa18. FA18.

But I agree, a superb picture none the less.

^^^ That.

I think with that photo, no matter how cool it is, should be replaced with a link or re-size it yourself then re-post it. Nothing that big should really be posted here. :scared:

I'd like to see an edited one that goes up to 2011.

I'd like to see an edited one that goes up to 2011.

The strangest thing is the person(s) who collaborated to make such data didn't sign their name(s) on it.

And then next year you'll want 2012 and then the year after you'll want 2013...
