That one was nicknamed the Caspian Sea Monster.

They fly over water using ground effect.

I don't like photos like that because they can falsely depict the actual colours of the scenery.

Eh, about the only thing that might be off is the color of the water. Sand and trees tend to look more or less the same everywhere, so the picture's probably pretty accurate.
