First image looks like it could be, but the second I'm sure is legit. You can see people down the end, unless they just threw them in..

I find it interesting Boeing have parted from the usual double slotted fowler trailing edge flaps to a single fowler flap design.
 
I'm positive that those are all real. I think that first shot came from a demo at a recent airshow that just so happens to be on YouTube.

Wow, it's amazing that such a large craft could be so maneuverable. That's awesome, thanks for the vid.
 
^^ Having no idea what that means, I do have to nod in approval and pretend I got it.

Next time you fly on or see a Boeing that isn't a 787, look at those thingies hanging off the wings as you're taxiing or landing and you'll get it :)
