Is it inevitable that Crew 2 and Motorfest or going to die a natural death like Crew 1 or are Ubisoft going to actually patch them to play offline like Gran Turismo Sport?

Well, we're almost there with the RX7 Red Fury edition.

You may love it or hate it, but the exclusive widebody kit that's not available on the stock RX7 is a nice touch, and a modern trend, just like Mad Mike's RX7.

But... why did they make the RX7 6-lug?
I wondered if they based it on the Viper Mad Edition rims, but the Viper Mad Ed has 5-lug rim instead. I don't get it.

It's funny that you mention the Viper. While the Viper Mad has 5 lug rim, like the RX7 Shirogane, the Red Fury has 6 lug, like the Viper Lightning.

This is just a guess, but many of the rims on TC2/TCM's custom cars were modified versions of existing rim models.
And judging by the spoke shape and distinctive 6-lug pattern, the Red Fury Edition rims appear to be heavily concave versions of the OEM rims from the 2nd Gen Viper.

This image shows the Drag Edition R34, but the front rims on the Drag Edition car are reused from the 2nd Gen Viper.

At first, I thought this was an OEM rim for the 3rd Gen (SRT) Viper because of its concave design and 6 lugs, but this rim's spoke shape is different, so it seems that's not the case.

The OEM color for the Aezus GT released today is Chameleon Purple, which is likely the same as the Blackpanthaa R34.

So you can apply this color to other cars from the recent tab.

So this car is an alternative way to get this color if you don't have enough Prestige Tickets or are not interested in the Blackpanthaa R34.

I'm really starting to like using planes in races designed for cars. But what I really want is that RB 2024 Off Road edition available for purchase. It's not easy to drive, but when you nailed those corners is actually fun. So overall I'm really liking this week Summit.

Made it to 300 cars owned now 👍

I was in the top 200 for the car showcase last week - my best result :)
All I did was post a black and white "takedown" car from TC2 with the "golden" tyres.

Really missing fast cars and good courses to race em on in the weekly challenge, its been a prolonged wait now for these types of race. Me and my cousin have the best time shaving times in the weeklies, but its been weeks of waiting now. Iam happy for the folks who enjoy monster trucks, planes and boats and points based races, but surely we cant be far off some races with cars on tarmac? That jet is an abomination lol

Well, if the leak was correct, you should get fast cars for 3 months in season 7. Although, I did see the Ferrari boat when I went to the Enzo museum in Modena in 2019. They've only ever built one boat. Actually, if they have modelled the museum, its possible they modelled the boat at the same time, just to annoy you :P ..

Makes sense that we are getting anything but car races if tons are incoming, alpha gp on mud and racing cars on gymkhana is stretching it a bit thin though... yawn!

Here's a link about the boat, just for you ;)

From what I've seen with season 6, it would be better if they mixed the seasons up more, I think, so they don't focus too much on 2 or 3 classes at a time.

EDIT: Some QOL changes announced for season 7...

No idea what the Custom Show changes are (more changes! 🙄).
I shall be avoiding the summit events with manual modifier

I have the same concerns about next season.

It seems that season 7 will be centered on high-end European models, with Ferrari at the top of the list, which makes me worry that we will continue to see more expensive bundles than usual.

I currently have about 4 million bucks, but I'm afraid that I will have to grind for more bucks at some point next season.

Motorfest's one seasons are longer than other games like Forza Horizon, so I hope they will more balance out the vehicle categories, regions, prices, etc.

A Ferrari is confirmed for season 7:

Unfortunately, the teaser is very vague (even more so than Kaz's silhouettes  ) so we dont know which one.

On this basis, I think the other leak about an in-game location being added, is probably correct (having been there in 2019, I am looking forward to it in game!)

Ooops Don't forget to lower the gears by 3 in this weeks summit "doubling the stakes" i ran it a few times then remembered and gained 9 secs

And for the "skating on thick sand" one, use manual gears, change into 8th straight away and just leave it in 8th gear for the whole race (got me 300th place).

With Ferrari being (presumably) the main thread of season 7, it has occurred to me that I need to pick up some of the Ferraris in preparation, so I'm going to use any credits earned in TC2 in the next few weeks to pick up some Ferraris for transfer into TCM.

Does anyone know of any site like Kudosprime which allows you to manage your car list and includes TC2 and TCM?

cause you're probably gonna need them for the summits
Right, but why not just wait till you know which cars you need? On the other hand, it looks like there's only 15 Ferraris in TC2, apart from the icon 600 reward, so I guess if you want to own them anyway, it's not that many cars to buy.

Apologies, I worded my post a bit incorrectly, I don't "need" to buy them - unless they appear in a Season 7 summit - however my collection in TC2 and TCM is still relatively small (see my signature) and, if Ferrari are a focus for the next month/3 months in TCM, this seems like a good time to start picking up the remaining cars.

With the time involved to build up credits in these games, [I don't grind individual events, i play through them "naturally"] I like to focus on one mini car collecting objective at a time.

Great approach keeps it fresh, with a bit of luck if you save there will be bundles with some discounts applied for the ferrari stable. Might be an efficiency on crew 2 if you do the high pay out short duration races like the lambo veneno cop takedown mode one thats only seconds per run. I brought the F40 accross from crew 2 amongst a few others.

I think it would be a wise choice to buy things that can be bought in TC2 in TC2, rather than buying them in TCM, at least for the next three months.

Because if the leak is correct, many high-end European cars will be added in addition to Ferrari. Some of them will be offered in bundles, but even if they are, it will definitely be millions of bucks. (Oh, I don't want to think about the horrible price of Bugatti!)

Therefore, you can save a lot of money by purchasing the content you don't own in TC2. Of course, you can also choose to grind in TCM instead of playing TC2 and prepare for the horrible expenses of the super high-end cars coming in S7.

Once you get it set up the money grind on TC2 (With a large stack of Icon points and a fully optimised set of Fame Magnet parts recommended.), You can really pull the money in faster on TC2 than TCM.

Take me for example, currently at Lvl 2294 with 765 Comfort points on Rich, I bring in over 31k per run on Normal and those runs on average are 20-30 seconds long(depending on luck and respawn RNG for the target cars.) and my PB is 16.383 seconds.

Started with the Lambo, then bought the Chiron, nearly 12000 miles later on that one road(!!), i’ve got pretty much all the buyable cars and just picking up the Summit cars & vanity items now.

Speaking of which, Reminder, don’t forget to get to Platinum for the 300C SRT8 Crown Edition for this weeks TC2 Summit as it may not comeback around again before the game goes offline and it’s very rare.

If Followers is what you need, the TC2 Anniversary Summit is next week with 1.5 million Followers up for grabs, 500k from a race and 1 million for Bronze. 👍

Well excited for the cars, but a museum? Hopefully the museum grounds have a new driving park or a Ferrari test track render with them... full of anticipation for some seat of the pants racing prancing horse style.

Forza Ferrari ❤️
Not sure what to expect with the museum but I'm in love with the 288 GTO and the F50. I'm happy.

Not sure how they utilise the museum in the game - when i was there in 2019, it was an interesting building architecturally but all the interesting stuff was inside. They had a display of various Ferraris (which apparently is rotated every so often), together with every 30 minutes it goes dark and an impressive tribute to Enzo is shown on the giant inside wall which you can see on the trailer [the building is all white inside].

Also, around the outside of the interior is a very well compiled timeline which tells you about Enzo's life from his work with Maserati etc pre war up to his latest work.

If you are ever in the Modena area, it's worth visiting (we were staying at Bologna which is not far).

There wasn't a test track or driving park outside though

For the playlist, my guess is that each of the 7 races will focus on a different Ferrari.

PS Is the addition of a Ferrari playlist and whole month curated by the Enzo museum and the new Ferraris enough to warrant a news article @Famine ?

Maybe if it had "Forza" in the title lol.

The summit looks great, tomorrow im really looking forward to GTR Nismo, Honda S200 & Civiv type R events, time for some unadulterated speed yay! It's been a long slog doing the summits these last few weeks (That Jet is as haggard as the hovercraft in Crew 2 hiss!).
