So how do you/can you get people to join you crew or join another crew??, I'm just on my own right now..

On Xbox you click the Right analog stick in (R3 button on Playstation I think) and it brings up a sub-menu of players in your session, you can send invites or request to join from there.

I freakishly beat a time trial by the slimmest of margins in this video:

Anyone have tips on how to complete Sucker punch? It's a level 25 mission but it's saying recommended Car LvL is 340, I have a 273 and I'm level 28. Cops are very aggressive on this one

The computer opponents are out for blood.

I just try to get on a highway and hope the cops get caught up in traffic, and I'll have a high-speed exit path to count down the timer.

After many tries I completed it on 273 car LvL, it's doable but very difficult. It would literally take doing almost every single skill to get up to their reccomended car LvL, thanks for the help @PsuPepperoni 👍

That's hard to believe. Every 5 levels (I think its 5) your cars get a 25 level increase. Depending on where you try for new skills, the car improvements will be better (Detroit is lowest level, then Chicago, then NYC, etc).

Finished up the South last night and found the Hidden Car, it's easily my favorite of the wrecks so far. Then I drove from Florida to Vegas which was a beautiful drive through the south transitioning into Red Rock canyon country then into the Vegas skyline. It was a nice lengthy, epic drive with great roads to have fun on. I think I might take a break from the story and explore the mountain states more tonight. I also want to find the rest of the data stations, hunting for those is also fun. I found one inside a Canyon, it was difficult finding a path to it, but rewarding at the same time. This game is way too much fun. I'm completely addicted to the skills challenges and leveling up my cars.

I basically found the freeway and went the wrong way (opposite flow of traffic) and the cop cars basically took themselves out of commission hitting the traffic cars, then I exited using an off-ramp, hit the nitrious and was gone.

I'm with you 100% on this one. I'm at level 41, just starting Vegas, but might take a break from the story to discover more as I hit 50. I absolutely love gigantic discovery and collection games like this. I haven't pieced together a hidden car yet, but my Midwest one is halfway done. I'll likely go back and finish it up soon. Definitely aiming for a 100% completion on this game.

I'm also still looking for some PC players to join up with in a crew. Send me a message here and I'll send my username.

Alright! Level 50, Story finished, all data stations, hidden cars and sightseeing spots discovered! :cheers:

Somehow it was a lot of fun despite the games faults and the constantly obnoxious story. The real strength of the game is indeed the freeroaming, going from Miami to Vegas is a spectacular trip, Vegas to LA is also gorgeous and Seattle to Salt Lake City too. My favorite drive though was Salton Sea down to LA in the Sunset. Sooo pretty!

Edit: And I could finally connect with one of my PSN friends and form a Crew! Key is you have to check the type of connection your router provides to the PS4 and if it is Nat Type 3, you have to adjust the settings of your router to make it Nat Type 2 or 1. Can easily be googled.

I drove from Miami to LA to get the Circuit Spec unlocked, then Vegas from there, and it was a fantastic drive! Looking at the map, the PCH should be fun too, even though it's mich shorter than its real counterpart haha. Looking forward to driving Seattle to Jackson Hole! Love the mountains!

It was exactly 273 at LvL 28, I did some PvP around 20-23 or so, I may have been driving on the same level for a little while until I started doing the story missions, I believe I'm at 7 or 8/12 for the south missions now, when I'm done I'll be around LvL 32 or so, which means I'll have 2 missions left in the south even though I'll have raid before I get over to those missions.

That was quick! I have a few questions of you don't mind.

How much different is the handling now compared to when you started the game?

How many cars did you manage to max out (get all mods) just by finishing the story? I want to get an idea how much you need to grind to max out all the cars.

The handling changes all the time. To be honest, I think the sweet spot is between level 700 and 1000, more than that and the cars become too powerful for their own good. I have a level 1150+ Racing Mustang with all level 45+ platinum parts and it just cant put its power down for the life of it, even on a race track. Fast as hell, but oversteers everywhere like no tomorrow, on straights even when hitting nitros. Its actually hilarious fun in its own right, but kinda sucks for a race car. My buddy in his level 900 something Racing Camro just leaves me standing on corner exits because my Pony swings its booty all over the place. I love my level 950 raid spec Mustang though, first game where offraoding and even rock climbing is kinda fun and that one improved a lot since I got it. So bottom line: It all depends on the car and how much you tune it, hard to say universally.

I still havent maxed out (level 1299, all level 50 platinum parts) any car, even after finishing the story and completing a good amount quick tests while freeroaming.

About the handling, I found that it depends on the car, the spec and the overall mods installed. For example my starting car (Camaro):
- Have better grip than the 458 Speciale when both in Extreme spec, but it have worst grip than the MP4-12C both in Circuit spec.
- Also, I noticed that the Extreme spec is overall more slippery than the Circuit one, it just handles better on jumps and holes (but still bad compared to the traditional Tuning spec).
- Mods installed obviously changes the grip, because of special bonuses of Silver/Gold/Platinum parts and which parts you got better quality and level. If you got, for example, high level Platinum tyres with bonus grip and low level bronze engine, the car will handle good. But if you got high level Platinum engine with bonus acceleration and low level bronze tyres, the car will skid all the time.
So what you can try to do is find the best compromise between the 3 things I wrote above. This may mean that you need a different car for each spec, because a car that is good, for example, in Circuit spec can be bad in Raid spec if it has any, so you would forced to get a car just for the Raid spec.

I have to ask, how much cars you can have in the garage at max? It would be good at least 10, if you can have all, it would be fantastic.

EDIT PS: I drive with a DFGT in Hardcore Mode in Cockpit view, probably my impressions can not be the same of other ppl driving with pad and/or in another Driving Mode. Platform PC.

"Roads? Where we are going, we don't need roads"

Last night I was somewhere south of Vegas (near the outskirts of Mojave I think) when I noticed the pretty mountains far off in the distance. I knew that L.A. was somewhere on the other side of them. I had circuit spec unlocked but I hadn't yet made the trip and this seemed like a good reason. I wanted to test and see if I could make the trip all off-road through the high country, so I jumped in my Raid spec Nissan 370Z and went for it. Except for about 500 yards on a dirt road (there was one hill that had such a steep grade that I simply couldn't scale it so I had to drive around it), I made whole trip to the outskirts of L.A. off-road, avoiding any roads, dirt or paved; it was awesome. I now am the proud owner of a Circuit Spec 370Z :)

Instead me I used the Camaro for the whole Storyline, but now I'm trying to get a car each role. These are:
- Nissan Skyline R34 for Tuning;
- Ferrari 458 Speciale for Extreme;
- McLaren MP4-12C for Circuit;
- Ford Focus RS for Off-Road;
- Hummer H1 for Raid.
For the first 4 it's ok, I already have them and bought every visual parts I wanted to put on, plus I got all at 1.130-1.170 level. Now I'll have to start the grinding to get the Hummer H1, it's 750k to get there... :(

I also did this, but in the opposite direction. Out around Vegas, I'm having a lot more fun travening from one location to the next without any roads, finding my way with my Raid 370Z

Boy, am I knackered... Me and my mate just did the sightseeing fraction mission. 3.5hr race, went very smooth connection wise. The race itself was a streak of tough luck for me, but my mate won it, so all is well.

Damn, long race! I've only done one faction race over 10 min, which went from Miami to Amarillo. Looking forward to the even longer ones!

I have that problem too on PS4, made it into a lobby once, but noone else except my crewmate was there. Any other time I tried, its just the timer ticking away and nothing happening.

To me doesn't load new "Challenges" in the Player Profile in the PC version. There is only one "Completed" labeled and nothing more, where there should be at least other 2 up, this is always as that from 4-5 days ago untill now.

I am now level 43 and there is something I wonder, I can't buy any cars really because they are so damn expensive to buy them with the Bucks since you earn like nothing of them. Then you can use Crew Credits, nice! Just you dont get any... except you buy them with real money?!
How you guys do it? I would like to buy me a Lambo or something but with those 60.000 Bucks I have considering I am level 43... that gonna take ages.

Am I not aware of someway of earning more? Or is the game just designed to be like that? Because I am tired of using the R34, Focus RS, and Dodge Challenger... all in various specs.

Well, there is your money. I ve only had various specs of my Mustang and the hidden cars I found during the story, before becoming level 50. Now I m playing a lot of fraction missions, which have big payouts from 33000-88000 and voila: Got a performance spec Miura and a Racing Bentley and still 300.000 left. Probably gonna buy a Raptor next, maybe with Raid and Race spec too.

I was lucky enough to get some PVP action and also did a few faction missions and was able to buy a La Ferrari at 750K. One of the perks you can get makes cars 30% cheaper. Also a faction mission(can't remember the name) in New York is a point to point race takes about 35 minutes in a raid car gives 88K for finishing it in under an hour.

And really the best car I have is my GT-R because the La Ferrari just wheel spins all over the place even under 900 level.

Edit: I thinks its called the fugitive the mission in new york is labeled at over 1 hour but is really less than 40 minutes at most.
